Use kb will be fine when taxi.

Just need change some settings:
Change up arrow to nose down down arrow to nose up.
Left arrow to troll left and right one to troll right.

When u get up to the cas jet, when warmed up, press up arrow. u can taxi very smoothly.

This is still working, but since I use joystick more, up arrow has changed to forward in joysitck.
