Re: Describe your playing style
My playing style as AAS: Slow, cover all directions, look at all buildings, hide, stay low, but fast. Enemies I rush and confuse them - throw a grenade in buildings, use smoke, deadly precision, surpressing enemies. Remaining Silent, Stealthy and Deadly.
As Insurgent: Be a clown, use a bike and crash 90% of the time, waste an Anti-Air Kit, derping off the known cache, deploy mines and grenade traps, failing that use up ieds in areas where they don't cross. Try to be productive by getting all dropped kits, and place ammo bags on cache. Still not getting the hang of Insurgency's mix Guerilla Warfare tactics.
When all hope fails, I become a collaborator, then run around teasing the enemy, bringing them to us, but always, always! a Riflemen Specialist with a Shotgun that arrests me, leaving me penalized with a 75 ticket wait.

Re: Describe your playing style
I kill some enemies -> die -> kill more enemies -> destroy a fob -> kill an evil supply crate -> destroy an IFV -> die some more -> shovel dirt -> throw grenades everywhere -> shoot at people 20ft away and wonder why I'm not hitting -> look at the scoreboard and get a deja vu -> dominate the battlefield with guided HAT -> Get kicked for bad teamwork -> Rinse repeat
The fact is that playing with beginners is very tiring because you either have to baby sit them through the game or ride along in their electric boogaloo performance and listen to the "EUREKA" -type reactions as they wander the videogame world of PR.

I like using the AR and being the eyes and ears of the squad. If I see anything, I report it to the SL and wait for confirmation to light the enemy up.

Re: Describe your playing style
my playing style can be any style but what style i like is:
pushing forward with a couple mates towards a flag and checking my map constantly for whats happening with other squads and where the action is..
i do listen carefully to every sound i hear what direction it comes from and what sound it is, and then the party getting started... every bullet i hear leads me to you, especially when i am silence and you are shooting like a unexperienced soldiers your death is close.
if i dont hear enemies giving their self away i will be moving to attack the flag or take out the cache, i will defend a flag when i see the rest of the team in a better position to attack then i am.. i will do anything to defend the flag and keep the team update
but i will prefer to push and get behind enemie lines call out what i see and then try to take them out in any form, might be my rifle or calling some kind of backup

Re: Describe your playing style
Well first I like to try and fill a good squad. If there aren't any squads with room in them or they are run by Mr. No Mic or... 'I'm busy wolfing down a subway stuffed with corn chips' (sounds like this) "sofoery gofeyes.. okafay fie fneed a riffullmun, mfefdic.."
Then I might create a squad.
Since most of the assets are quickly taken by Mr. No Mic and 90% of the time there is ZERO discussion between squad leads on tactics or logistics (god rest the commander, may he rest in eternal peace) I generally like to take time and look at what is missing from the team. Hmmm lets see. We have a sniper. CAS is covered by two squads (work that out guys). And 3 tanks squads all going different directions.
I try and find what will help the team out. Think out of the box. If I can get one other squad to comms with me in mumble it's a good game nowadays. A squad that can depend on another squad really makes a difference.
TIP: if you cannot use mumble at the same time as squeezing off rounds from your rifle. This game is over your head. This is what positional audio is for. Location of friendlies vs enemies DURING A FIREFIGHT.
Same with kits, if we don't have a medic I grab it. Mr. No Mic ALWAYS GRABS THE AR. The heavy assets I don't touch unless specifically asked by squad lead to grab.
Cover my squad mates, keep them together (strength is ALWAYS in numbers) if I'm in the lead. Avoid fights that are certain to lead to failure. Offense really is a good defense.
My K/D ratio means nothing to me. Get my medic over to a downed squad.. priceless.

Re: Describe your playing style
Mostly i prefer to stay alone with the sniper rifle, i always try to find a place where enemy will not expect me to be, i can stay for a long time on the position and patiently wait for the enemy, then i wait for the right moment and BOOM Headshot, after i make the kill i hide for couple a minutes before i get back to my possition to make another kill, or i change the possition if possible

Re: Describe your playing style
Hope you remember to spot enemy's and call in CAS with those shiny binoculars as well while waiting for that 1 head-shot that probably wont help the team that much unless if it is a high priority target like heavy AT or enemy sniper/marksman. But of course i cant tell you how to play but thats what I would do.zeka83 wrote:Mostly i prefer to stay alone with the sniper rifle, i always try to find a place where enemy will not expect me to be, i can stay for a long time on the position and patiently wait for the enemy, then i wait for the right moment and BOOM Headshot, after i make the kill i hide for couple a minutes before i get back to my possition to make another kill, or i change the possition if possible
My Playing style is normally support role. I pick whatever is needed in the situation, and try to stick with the most organised squad and help them to success. Only thing I don't do is Jets unless if its Falklands

Re: Describe your playing style
You are the kind of player I don't like , people only wanting to snipe. Sniping once on a blue moon isn't that bad , but people only sniping ruin this mod.zeka83 wrote:Mostly i prefer to stay alone with the sniper rifle, i always try to find a place where enemy will not expect me to be, i can stay for a long time on the position and patiently wait for the enemy, then i wait for the right moment and BOOM Headshot, after i make the kill i hide for couple a minutes before i get back to my possition to make another kill, or i change the possition if possible
We are staying up!

Re: Describe your playing style
I tend to both offensive and defensive, depending what the team needs.
When being offensive, I favor working with another infantry squad and either travel in a large group or flank the enemy, both can be effective depending on da situation, but this is especially good when pushing enemies out of a cap if they have an FOB in the area.
My favorite playstyle however is being defensive, because you don't normally many hardcore defensive squads. I make use of PR's amazingly unique FOB system to create nice big super FOBs, and anyone who has been in my squad before know's they're my favorite thing to do! Building up all the possible assets and defending a cap to the death is my cup of tea.
