I play everything high, 1920x1080. I only play co-op (intending to delve into MP when I feel more up to it and have a good mic). I play with 100 bots too and FPS tends to stay above 60, dipping to maybe 45-50 on maps with lots of objects, like city maps.
Specs,
Nvidia GTX765M
Intel Core I7-4700MQ Quad at 2.5GHZ
8GB Ram
200GB SSD and 1TB HDD

Oh lawdy I can't wait to play on high settings when I build my new rig
i5-4690k quad-core at 3.5 GHz
PNY GeForce GTX 770 4GB OC
8GB DDR3-1866 RAM
240GB SATAIII SSD, 1 TB (64MB cache) HDD
It'll be a major step up from my Dell Studio 1558
Update: Yep it's really nice! 100+ frames on all high settings

Actually, it's not that PRBF2 is 'performance heavy'.
IIRC, BF2(or the engine itself) was not designed to take full advantage of multicore systems, meaning that it's only really using one core of your CPU effectively. This is the biggest bottleneck.
On-topic, I'm running on high settings, 1920x1080.

Yeah I'm pretty sure 100p servers would be a snap if we could use more than 1 core efficiently

How about we create a new thread of 2015? Its been two years since the first post, and people update their rig every half a year. So I voted here for low irc long time ago, i had crappy laptop). But now I got corei5, 8GB RAM, Nvidia graphics etc playing on all high.

speeking of grahpics is there anyway to lowere the amount of pixels on the screen, (we all the struggle of using the BA rifles as insurgens) accept AA ?
