Updated ground impacts.
No more laggy effects? (E.g. 15fps drop when firing at ground)?
Optimized countless objects, weapons, and vehicles LODs to improve performance.

I was wondering the specifics on armor/hp/bullet damage that got changed this patch? on kokan, insurgents could be killed by one shot from an AK74 to anywhere, and some people were saying 5.56 was also killing in one shot (which would make sense, 5.56 is bigger than 5.45)
insurgents confirmed to be squishy flesh things now?

Added spinning trajectory to ATGMs to represent inaccuracy and/or slightly erratic RL flight path.
Is this purely cosmetic or make them really less accurate?

It does affect the actual trajectory of the projectile.

Thank god Ramiel is fixed. I gave up playing Ramiel yesterday. Unbalanced as hell.

- Removed UAV lasing ability.
Making the Commander quite useless once again

??:
- Reduced recoil on AK-74 and AK-74M.
Fuck yes
- Updated Hydras to have increased splash damage.
TIME FOR MY ROCKET TECHIE!
- Updated LATs to cause more damage to lightly armoured vehicles.
- Updated LMGs to have increased recoil.
Good stuff
- Updated RPG-7 deviation to be more accurate.
- Updated SPG, RPG, and other hand-held AT weapons, to have increased splash damage.

UAV can no longer lase? Sounds like it will be used less now, meaning less lag-tastic adventures.

Not at all, you'll still have the ability to mark targets and communicate with SLs/spotters to lase it.

also I'm annoyed by the ppl who want to be commander so he can laze for his cas squad.
now if you want to laze get spotter kit and get your self in good position behind enemy lines ( see it's more interesting now

)

It actually makes me sad when I hear statements like that. A commanders job isn't to be a forward air controller... it's to command 9 squads. I'm very glad this is restored to the way it used to be. In v1.0 I saw way too many "commanders" in the seat but not saying a word or organizing the team, so I'm guessing they were the glorified CAS SL with a perfect eye in the sky to shoot fish in a barrel.
Anyway, I'll step off my soap box now.

Yeah me too... everytime I'd go commander on a map with cas I'd have this constant spam in my ears from squad

"Any targets for CAS, commander?"
"Please laze the tank in H4, commander"
"Why didn't you warn us about that AA in A2, commander?"
As if the commander was now the glorified FAC.

(always the cas squad, because you know, you gotta make that squad before anyone else "steals" your asset, and it's clearly yours because you are the best in it!)
