Because it's realistic for people who do not rely on a crutch mouse or people who only complain instead of just changing the setting.

sorry but the realism concept in this one failed(can be bypassed) so that argument is invalid, but i can agree if you want "realism" keep the settings and play like real life but don't mind if you get a HAT in the head because you could not turn the turret fast to engage because that is "real life".

since no one want to remove this "feature" i will just keep my unrealistic settings to turn the turret fast and survive so good luck there.

If you get shot by HAT just because turret turns a bit s lower; then you are doing something else wrong, mouse sensitivity won't fix the issue.

But balance also has to be considered, you will turn the BMP into a coffin if this happens. There are so many issues\side-effects to be considered if you nerf it.
