If PR can get POE2's models. That is extremely unlikely though.

There have been ideas floating around in the public forums about using the models from SF.
-North Korea(why not?...they are 1.2million of soldier on 22million North Corean)
Could be interesting. A NK army reminds me of the PLA but I'm sure they are different.

Soldiers of the Leaf? More like Soldiers of the Great White North. I would love to see a Canadian army. The Red Devils ripping through the Afghan Opium fields. Helmand province should be a Canadian vs. Insurgent map.
As GeZe said last page a lot of Canadian weapons are already modeled. The Canadian military is quite similar to the US one at first glance but we have our own tricks.

Israel vs. MEC. That could be an awesome map. They have lots of their own equipment and technology which could make things interesting.
