The problem with assets in general is that you need experience and ideas to be good in it.
Experience: see what works and what doesn't.
Ideas: improving tactics, example: cutting engine while standing in cover, waiting for enemy tank to pass, attack from behind. (Cutting engine can also be useful to hear IF an enemy vehicle is around).
How do you get experience? How do you get ideas?
By doing it.
The problem: if six people or more are on teamspeak and they take the decision to make an asset squad at 1:30/2:00 or what so ever, they got an advantage.
It is simply, 6 people trying to open a squad vs 1. Who has the better chance to get the asset squad?
Mostly clans get the asset squad and this is not the only advantage. They gain their experience by doing it more often as some "publics" who play alone. Next disadvantage for "random publics" is that if they get a CAS squad on the other side, they don't even get the chance to gain some realistic experience. They just get raped by experienced guys. This disadvantage will actually affect the morality of continuing...
On top of that, if they get shot down random players or even clan players (:roll
are insulting them in teamchat instead of giving them some useful tips and advice. Sometimes they get even reported, even if it was obviously that he was just lacking on experience. Because everything has to be "perfect"... loosing ? No way!
Good job!
We have to many clans and random people who focus theirselfs on kills, nothing more. It is not realy about the experience, ideas, teamplay and fun. It is just because of that 50/0 KDs. Loosing? No way! (remember?)
Clans are doing much more bullshit than I have mentioned. There is a long list of it. I have seen so many now (playing this game for a long time)...
Mostly their mindset is just like "we carry just about us and all publics are fking stupid".
I could continue this topic but you see, it is not explained by one sentence. The whole problem I mean. So if the PR community does not change, the game will not change for guys like you.
