Wetlands was fun tonight. Once I stopped gunning my apc and instead drove it guiding my 5 man squad in 2x apc's and then 1x apc and 1x tank we destroyed everything sight my tking went down considerably

I once splashed a hill and caught 4 of my team mates (by accident of course). The 2nd apc was blown once, but after that no losses thanks to our squads mechanic, a handy rearming bunker at the farm and most of the squad using voip and acting mature.
T&T were all on the USMC side but one who was our MEC commander. USMC forces took predictable paths of approach and were wiped out generally before they could get any sort of foothold. Taking bases behind us was a problem with Natural Gas taking ages to regain, but the Farm never got taken due to my squad racing back across the map and continually defending that area from then on.
I shot down about 5 or 6 choppers in the apc myself, my squad mates got about 3 or 4 more near the end. Everyone learnt a valuable lesson about using armour, waiting at good points for the enemy to move in solo (they weren't backing each other up, just racing off one by one)and then raping them.
The USMC choppers were trying to do a good job making a foothold, dropping in troops behind us, but we were spread out and saw where they came down everytime, swiftly going in to take them out (there was one point where we couldn't figure out exactly where their rally point was, so we kept driving past and killing groups of a squad that were spawning at that RP over and over. Loads of fun for us!
Jaybee and Billie were in my squad and did well. Sorry, forget the names of the other two!

Once you teamkilled over 1800 players, you can't go back

Add in motd / somewhere in rules that locked squads arent allowed! No more kicks for player who dont know this rules. (IMO its preposterous because some things require it eg. armor/aircraft/other dedicated squads with no random heroes in)

Our server rules are displayed on screen. You obviously missed them.
We prefer unlocked squads to foster a spirit of teamwork and so that newer players can benefit from the experience of more seasoned players & clans.
Locking a squad so you have first dibs on a particular asset is unfair.

Hello T&T ! I've had a problem with your server.
I love it and try to join every time i run PR. However, on last night i've been banned from T&T being accused of "baseraping". But it seems it was an error. I explain myself:
The map was Fools Road, and i was playing as English. I had joined an Armoured squad (led by WEEGEEZ i believe) and used my APC to carry troops from main base to Helicopter Air Base. Quickly, we secured both Hilltop Estate and Air Base and, after resisting to the tank counteroffensive, we could move to Militia Bunker. At this time i was gunner in a Scimitar.
When we arrived near Bunker position, it was already secured by our troops coming from Train Depot, and general offensive was about to be launched over Militia Main Base. So my driver moved the Scimitar forward on the hills, looking for the best place to shell the base. Once we found it, i began firing, damaging a few cars and killing two or three militian running out of the base. A few seconds later we were destroyed by an H-AT rocket (probably, due to the lock-on tone).
Until now, there was no question of "baseraping" as Main base was their last one. But while we spawned by on English Main base, taking an APC there and moving to Hilltop Estate to pick-up squad 6, we lost Militia Bunker. Since then, several messages fused on chat telling British troops and APC / scimitar at Militia Main Base to get out. But I repeat i wasn't concerned as my own Scimitar had been blow up several minutes ago.
I stopped the APC near Hilltop Estate, waiting for Squad 6 to get in. This took about 30 seconds, but before the last soldier reaches us, my screen suddenly freezed. First, I thought of a connexion problem, but looking to the top of the screen I discovered I was banned for "baseraping".

What ?
I tried to join the server again to explain myself, but couldn't. Can someone explain me why my behaviour was considered as baseraping ?

Your Scimitar was overlooking the militia base, and firing into it. The base was not yet contestable as bunkers had not fallen.
You and your driver were therefore kicked by an admin for base rape.
The ban is 24 hours (or until the server crashes and loses the banlist). You should be able to get on the server now. If you have a problem, PM me at
our website.
There may have been a delay between issuing the warning and the ban.
Thanks.

I even remember Militia telling on chat,
once they captured the bunker again, to move out of their mainbase. But me and my teammates were already at mainbase since a few minutes...
I really didn't thought we had something wrong. So, in this case, sorry.

We've moved to a dedicated box.
New IP is: 85.236.103.12:16567
Running with most .0756 maps.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Neverthless, we prefer clans leave their elitism elsewhere. I want my server to be fun for all. Clan players are generally more teamwork oriented - so there's nothing stopping them using VOIP and communicating with pubbies.
My members use VOIP and are almost always on TS, and can manage the two quite easily. There's nothing stopping others doing the same. Better still - join our TS - it's open to all.

I have this stange question about the "tactics and teamwork-server". How come that I dont experience any lagg or freezing what so ever your server during play?
I just love the T&T-server and this is my love song *looove looove

the T&T qingling qingling hehe*. I live in Sweden, but the swedish server s**k in comparison! What is the trick to build a GREAT server......do you have any or was it just luck.
By the way all other servers s**k that I have tried!

Your server restarts a little to often.....but thats the only bad thing I could think of.

We hand-crafted it, using a secret mixture only known to the T&T server admins. I'm sworn to secrecy but I can tell you that the receipe included quad 6Ghz Quad-Core Xeon processors, 42Gb of DDR4 memory, five finely chopped kittens, a teaspoon of win, sixteen troy ounces of platinum and the 32C cups of a six-foot brunette with a 28" waist.
This isn't just PR. This is [T&T] PR.

Sorry Masaq, but you left out the most inportant ingredient.

Thank you Gasseg, always nice to hear that we do good things

We also sacrifice a virgin, once a week. No mean feat round here I can tell you. Virgins are few and far between.
I appreciate your positive feedback GasseG. It means a lot to us.
I would say that any issues regarding lag (or lack of it) are down to having a damn good game server provider, and a good spec server. We have that, and I wouldn't move elsewhere even if it was free.

Hehe i see you got around to plugging the TS heskey
Love T+T server its the only one i play. The T+T guys are great on the server, forum and on teamspeak.
As someone mentioned... stability is a little problem but that 99.9% of the time due to bugged up to balls al basrah.
Admining on the server is a real asset... the tards and turds and dealt with promptly.
Keep it up
p.s gharak.... if you read this... your *** is mine tonight

Stability has nothing to do with the server. The server doesn't crash. BF2/PR crashes. We can't fix that, other than assisting the devs in trying to find the root cause.
I've been speaking to one of the Dev team and we're hoping to sort something soon in relation to determining what's causing the problems with Al Basrah. Will post more on that in due course.

i feel i should expand on what i mean when i mention stability.
Ping is great on the server and the SERVER ITSELF is as stable as a rock, what i referred to was the maps eg al basrah which freezes up, or dies.
One should not assume my friend
