Hey guys, just wanted to swing by and apologize for my comment earlier in the thread. I don't oppose this project at all. In fact, I'd love to see a new faction added to PR. I was just bothered that the Polish were going to use the Humvee, which is essentially the staple of the US military. Looking back, it wasn't such a big deal, and I shouldn't have said anything. I certainly wasn't expecting a 3-day ban. Good luck on the project.

i think the Abrams is more of the staple of the US military, along with A-10.

and Leopards 2A4. Unfortunately A4 has different turret than A6, which is in Euro Forces. We are not shure if we want to use A6 or model new tank. The tank isn't the most important thing, so we are delaying decision.

a propos Mi-24 - maybe later - there are more important things to do.

hmm dear guys. Are u sure u will make Polish Project to the PR 0.8? Because this update is still coming and u didn't finish ur mod

they only post things when they are done/near to completion. They also have there own forum so things probably get posted there more than they do here. Give them patience, the models they are making are amazing and the rosomak looks amazing. I rather have them take there time for it to look amazing then rush everything and it look like shit.

Well I'm taking care for this project for about a year now and I have a Real Life too . I couldn't manage the project for some time cuz mostly I'm offline also Ragni was Absent until end of November as he said and that's the reason why work stopped for a while.

For all Contractors and Developers:
Ragni will be taking care of project for the time 'll be absent so If you have nay interest or need/can give help from/to Polish Forces Mod team contact him . I'll talk some of you personally (when I'll manage to catch you cuz like I said I'm mostly offline for some time) but I want to post this info here to the official thread too .

I own a Polish Tantal, made in 1991. I'm not sure of if it's still used in the Polish military or if it was completely phased out by the Beryl. I can provide detailed high res pictures, videos, sounds, both from the range plus reloading, and bolt sounds.

Tantal uses 5.45x39mm projectiles. Poland stopped using this calibre in mid 90's. All Tantals are now being stored in armories or were sold to Iraqi Army. Poland uses now 5.56x45 mm (5.56mm kbs wz.96 Beryl) and 7.62x39 mm (7.62 mm kbk AK and 7.62 mm kbk AKMS). 5.45 is now a history here in Poland.
