"I hate kurdish terrorists" or "I have a personal beef with some kurds in particular" would be a totally different statement.

To any others I have seen in this thread, it is simple, the fake arabic cant offend people, its not based on any particular group and most importantly it will look good when it is shrunk down to the sizes of other flags.

The others are too detailed, you lot are trying to fit too much into the flags and it just looks ****.

I dont think that would be good. A fantasy flag, yes, but not a taliban flag. Seems just wrong to me to play under this flag.

I dont think the devs are going to approve a single flag from 1 insurgents group. Like the mec, the flag needs to resemble all insurgents around the middle east. It doesn't matter if basrah is in the south, we cant model a flag that resembles 1 insurgency group, it has to be broad.

True, but why do the devs want the MEC? And why didnt they call the insurgents taliban when they made them? Becuase they dont want a political statement, and because the most people dont want to play a real terrorist group, thats too realistic. Just like crash to desktop when you get shot

Anyway, i love the flags with "Project Reality". Looks great and the devs may even use it.
