Looks good Mosquill.
Nobody did it before because nobody figured out how the regulate stuff works as it's not clear. I for once don't know from where you took out those values.
Keep it up and hopefully it works in dedicated as well.

Wow man, really impressive. I can definitely see that you've got the side-to-side stabilization done...the turrent doesn't even move. The rest is just the roll and pitch. Even still you can see some of it in there already. Very nice work for only being on there a couple of times

Well belive it or not, but I'm STILL not sure how those regulators work.
And the Side stabilization is not done, and If I were you I wouldn't expect a miraculous creature to come from the sky and help me to get that side stabilization done.

Now you know what it's to be a BF2 modder... you don't know how things work, you don't have much documentation, sometimes it works on local but not in dedicated, and so on...

lol BF2 modder in three days.
Found another bug, when creating a local game, stabilization doesn't work on the server computer. I wonder what would it mean?

Do you have a link to the manual you are using, by any chance?

This...is...Awesome!
If you could get this working on mp, it would totally change tank warfare in PR.

Well it's not really a manual, it's a list of commands. In BF2 editor goto Help > Commands.

lol
Anyway you people may help me by posting wich vehicles have any kind of stabilization, in both PR and vbf2.

i think the devs want all vehicles to have gun stabilization at least the tanks and apc
and attack choppers.

I meant which in-game vehicles already have some stabilization.
Like AAV Tunkguska, it has pitch stabilization. So if you could post wich vehicles in BF2(preferably) or PR already have ANY kind of stabilization on any axis, It would help.

EEF ventrilo server. We have a dedicated armour Troop that will be interested in trying this out and testing it fully.
Thx, but I don't think a server is required at the moment. Later perhaps.

me and cas have been working on this for a while now cus we have seen the pitch stabilization on the aa and the brit apc driver, so we have been trying to get it over to the tanks but with little luck, it is really great that you got it. also i dont understand what you mean by it does not work on a local game, from the tests i have done it works fine on the aa and apc on my computer when host a local game.
again this is great that you have got this working, do you have xfire i would like to learn more about this and i am sure cas is very interested about this too.

I didn't say it doesn't work on local game. I said I have a bug which doesn't allow the hosting computer to have stabilization.
I don't have xfire, but don't worry I'm still working and got some progress already. And soon, when I'm done, i will give you detailed info on how regulatePitch/Yaw and other stuff works. I already know why there is no side stabilization btw, and i'm working on it right now.

Yes, I know about aav's. And it's a little buged stabilization btw. Try looking 45° up and then turn left or right for a while, you'll see what i mean.
