My god... I always was banging my head on the wall trying to remember what the name of that map was. My soul can rest now... Then again, did I sell it to keep playing PR at this point?
Anyways, here's my own contribution. When the Militia Squad Leaders had Dragonov SVD's as standard issue rifles in their Officer Kit... My, my, I had certainly scored many-a-kill with that weapon and it worked very well. Matter of fact, I loved it for that role. I could fire from afar and also direct my Squad at the same time while observing enemy force movements. It may have been almost perfect.
<Edit: Ahh, what the heck. I'll add more!>
Zatar Wetlands - When Tanks Ruled the Battlefield
Zatar Wetlands - When Vodniks Ruled the Skies <Note: There was a convoy of around possibly 6-10 Vodniks driving around at the time. Basically anytime a Blackhawk or Little Bird came around, all the drivers switch to the gunner position and shot hell into the sky. It was quite a spectacle. If you look into the background, you'll see several more.>
Jabal Al Burj - When SH-60 Seahawks were on Jabal
Kashan Desert - When people REALLY built Bunkers
Seven Gates - Before fuzzhead was a DEV

This thread is like a breath of fresh air! sometimes I just feel like going back to 0.5 to actually have some fun in this mod again!
Only surviving screens I have are from the infamous C2 muttrah battle where the Blackhawk got near 200 kills in the end and won the game for the US

oh man i wish i still had pictures of the old versions. I remember the first version of muttrah and sitting on the east end of the map with an RPG waiting for LBs. I also remember the horror that 2 A10s on basrah used to be, especially since they got nice green squares around everything including motor bikes. I swear i remember once seeing an A10 fly into the dome on the mosque, then ricochet off and keep flying.
