Couple of memorable moments as squadleader:

squadmember: "brb i need a ****, shit coke COKE!"

squadmember: "enemy behind that tree". - on MESTIA

myself: "oh you asshat/knob" - reserved for TKs, ie. when one fool first doesn't give a frag out warning and then proceeds to totally screw up, releasing two zero distance grenades that wiped out himself and two other squadmembers.

SL: Ok rally on me then we'll take the attack in.

5min later after no one shows up

SM: SL you should really place a rally, spawning at Main/Firebase/Far Away sucks.

SL: *beats head on wall*

The other thing I find myself most often say is..
SL: Why are you over there
SM: I have the sniper
SL: I said no snipers
SM: But I felt like it
SL: Oh, ok in that case I feel like....*SL kicks the stupid out of the squad*

The one of the ones I use the most is.

"Hold up guys the commanders a retard"

Usually after accepting and order without looking that makes no sense so I have to change it.

Another is

"Lets off road"

After getting my squad in a jeep I'm driving usually followed by a clan m8 saying "Oh god not again"
