Three tips about transport vehicles, strongly ínspired by a round of Qwai River a few hours ago:
  • If you need a nearby vehicle to pick you up, first try the radio command. If the driver doesn't hear you, use the team chat. Firing your rifle at a friendly vehicle IS NOT a secret code for requesting a pickup.
  • If the driver of a vehicle asks you to bail out, please do so. He probably needs the seat for a member of his squad.
  • Do not jump out of a moving vehicle, you will not get away with just a bit of road rash.

If need smoother aim, lower sensitivity settings in bf2 and raise sensitivity on mouse driver settings. If you want for example aim 800m far away with tank zoom, setting vehicle aim speed more than 1.5 will cause your crosshairs to "jump" over the target.

"When you taken a flag, be sure to clear the whole place from squads, rallypoints and other enemys. If you are having a quick advance, backflags can happen if one flag isnt cleared from Rallypoints!"

-Remember that most teamkills really are an accident so don’t be quick to punish.

-If your stupid enough to drive over a marked mine then don’t take your anger out on the engineer.

-Don't just tap the right mouse button when holding a grenade or your squad will hate you

  • Always keep in mind the graphics engine isn't perfect: going against a thin wall may mean that some of your body is visible from the other side of the wall, especially when prone; when you are only just over the horizon, just because you can't see them doesn't mean they can't see you.
  • People use different graphics settings; where graphics may appear dark on your screen, they may appear light on another's.

Here is one, resolve all requests for air support up and down the chain of command before lasing targets if lasing is needed.

- Beware of bad pilots, there are lots of pilots who likes to play blackhawk down with a full squad inside, fly through the dam in Jabal or tip the chopper over at the helipad. How ever there are pilots that know what they are doing, remember their names.

- Driving a tank isn't fun when the gunner is constantly telling the driver that he is an idiot. If you can't play nice, please don't play at all.

- Why is the snipers always the shy ones that don't talk? Sharing your information is more important than scoring some cool headshots.

- Information warfare means that the army that obtains, shares and puts into use the information on the battlefield is more than likely the winner in the end.

Try to horde armored vehicles such as tanks, apc's, and mobile AA into one large task force. You are much more likely to overpower any opposition and confront multiple threats from multiple directions like this.

If your squad is getting beaten, ASK for support. A single tank or helicopter can completely turn the tide of a battle.

It takes TWO packs of C4 to completely destroy a main battle tank. if you have no other option, try to disable the treads or cannon.

While piloting a fighter, try to keep a high altitude. you'll be able to swoop down on unsuspecting attack aircraft.

While piloting an attack aircraft, you have little to no chance of beating a fighter in ariel combat.

While piloting a fighter, be sure to defend your attack aircraft from enemy fighters. He will need the help.

Be sure to REQUEST limited kits when you spawn. They are powerful assets to your squad.

You can look around while being healed, you don't have to stare in to your medic's eyes, and especially not in that suggestive manner

Gah why weren't i told about these things when i started playing?

Both Light and Heavy AT deviates ALOT when firing from prone position. This is to simulate the fact that you can't fire one lying down without blowing your legs off.

Jeeps, when severely damaged, can start leaning towards one wheel to simulate a "flat tire. Repair it to fix it.

"As a commander it is unnecessary to harass a squad leader with the same attack marker over and over. They know that the general idea is to attack the flag. The Squad Leader probably has his attack marker elsewhere to mark more specific targets."

pilot bail........

you dead :D

Taking your time and living is better than rushing in and dying

Medics do not appreciate having to chase their patients through the battlefield

If you're getting annoyed at the game, its time for a break

If you think that bridge is IEDed, it probably is

EVERY ticket counts

Jeeps are weapon platforms as well as transports, discard them are your peril

Ensure family pets are distracted during gametime, or they will distract you :D

-When told to get down, it's best to do so. If it's a false alarm, you aren't dead. If it's a live threat, you aren't dead. In this case, it's also wise to disperse slightly to avoid incoming fire and explosives.

-If your position is under fire, and there's enough cover for you to crawl to another spot, do your best to get to a new position. The enemy expects you to be at the same spot in many cases.

-Before and after firefights, make sure everything on your soldier is ready to use next time. Reload your grenades, field dressings, shock paddles, pistols, rifles and rockets. A ready soldier has a better survival rate.

-Ammo can run out at any time on the field, and there isn't always a Rifleman to supply the squad. If you discover a weapons cache, ammo dump, supply crate or stray ammo bag, take advantage of the supplies. Less for the enemy, more for your team. Just make sure hostiles aren't using the ammo themselves.

Dont never ever bail a tank or apc. Remember the spawntimes to tanks and add the time for how long it takes to blow up a tank.
