Looking quite good! But I can't say I have seen tan rail covers, grip and butstock issued to anyone?

Keep the buttstock and pistol grip black. The rail covers and vertical grip are removable, so they can be replaced by the user if he or she wants camo ones IRL. As Spec Ops basically use what they want, it's not a stretch to imagine them using tan ones in a desert environment.

just outta curiosity (model n00b here haha) can you just cope and past the Eotech from that model on to another model or is it harder than that?

Oh, now i see, the uv is missing faces there, and the tetxure looks a bit plain in the main body, try to add some levels on it. Aside this, good job there.
