Ok everybody one of the bottom links provided for the patch gives u a corrupted exe.

I still cant install the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 from teh installer that works. Connection fails.

I cant install it manually ither through here either

And use IE (only) for updating .net not FF (as it requires and activeX addon which makes it dull)

I have clean 3 of my PC`s of a virus that blocks microsoft updates. I used Malwarebytes.org also a clan mate Mad-Mike had the same issue with installing framwork 3.5 and the malware cleaner sorted the problem for him too.

Why did you remove the 0.85 links? I just got a new laptop and I was trying to download 0.85 when you removed the links and replaced them with the 0.86 links. Now I have to do the tedious time consuming act of searching Filefront to find the old files. ( I hope they are still there )

(My new laptop is twice as powerful as my desktop, so it's the obvious choice for high-performance video games like PR)

Any newcomers to PR will be stuck, unless they know where to look.
