Your sound bug isn't in fact the same as the old sound bug we have fixed now, since our sound bug was fixed if the vehicle crating the sound bug was destroyed 99% of the time and only happened when it went out of view etc, where yours appears to some how caused by the vehicle being destroyed?
That is most likley your problem there tbh. I use to have a ASUS Xonar D2 or something that "claimed" it was also full EAX and EAX2 compatible, which when I loaded it up ingame with BF2 and most other games its 3D sound was all screwed up to ****. After getting really pissed off with it for like 5 or so months and it costing me around £100 I looked more into the details to see if it was just a driver problem or what, and found out that it is not truly EAX or EAX2 compatible, instead it "Emulates EAX and EAX2" as ASUS (and I expect razer too) can not fully reproduce Curatives EAX technology and Creative are keeping all that stuff to themselves since they want to be the only ppl selling sound cardsclueless_noob wrote:My sound card is Razer Barracuda AC-1, which is based on C-Media's CMI8788 chipset. It's EAX2 compatible and I have hardware audio and EAX enabled.
Thou in your video your sound did sound much better than my crappy ASUS Xonar but the bug is probably due to something on your card.
It's going to be kinda hard for us to fix without any of the devs having that sound card but we can try and look into it, is it only with the Stryker it happens and only after its been destroyed? Might be something odd in its sound settings that is causing it thou I'm pretty sure it dose not happen on normal Creative sound cards?
Cheers.
