I like that their are realistic back packs for the soldiers. No other forces have them yet

if all factions got original kit geos, would that mean that the kit bug where the enemy wear your geos would stop?

I think Ancientman discussed this in one of his dev videos, but yes I think they've sorted the kit bug out

It depends, the kit geo 'bug' has a lot of uses in terms of mix and matching kits, however that is only until every faction has it's own unique set of kits of which we can look at addressing that issue. Which could be a long way away.

i think telnyashkas still used by VDV (airborn) but not by army
