Internet lag, the netcode for Project reality/bf2 seems very flaky. Playing on local is a totally different experience than the net.

Same kind of situation. Op Barracuda, during the main roll out at round start ; Flew my full huey off the carrier just to get rammed by some twit nosediving the CAS huey onto my huey from atop the carrier's deck.
Then came the : OMFG NOOOB, Don't fly tannhouser!! roflolzorz you suck etc..etc..

Really annoying when you get rammed by some idiot and then take the blame for the noobery of others.

People who TK for kits. Yes, it still happens. I thought that BS stopped long ago, but I just ragequit because some guy stabbed me for a PKM and some other dude defended him saying, "Hey, stop whining, kits aren't claimable". HE FRIGGIN KILLED ME FOR IT! I HAD IT AND HE KILLED ME FOR IT! God, that's worse than what I usually see on Forgotten Hope!

playing for 60 minutes well digging for 10, walking for 20, waiting for 15, bleeding out for 5 and waiting for medic to try and find me, being transported for 5 min and then getting 5 min of combat in before the light machine gun kills the other squad or vice versa, and then repeating. its becoming project do abuncha chores and wait around and then battle reality.

Well... IRL you DO get a lot of boring times...
Now, considering this is a GAME, I could agree you to some extend. If you don't like the squad, change squads, or make your own.

And, of course, that was sig-worthy.

Un-needed squad locking... nuff said.

Half of squads either a Asset, which is all fair game. But INF squads that are HALF full but all locked... also meaning I cant create a squad either or them not bothering to unlock.... really p***'s me off.

and when you do join a squad, SL is off on the otherside of the map without a mic or SL kit with the rest just mucking about in spawn.

Though this doesnt happen very often!

When you take off in a jet, go afterburner and climb to 3000 feet then the jet freezes and takes you off the map for a one way ticket to aggravation.

This is what I thought. Just 30 minutes ago I played a nice game in an INF squad on Beirut. We were guarding souther apartments, I got the sudden urge to setup a sniper position, for an unknown reason.

I did some good damage, and had a spotter for half of it with an AR. Took down about a dozen guys in total, from snipers and tank/apc gunners, supported two assaults on enemy FOBs, called out troop movements, and generally did good job.

The guys on the ground appreciated the support, taking out units that were firing on them, slowing counterattacks, and providing realtime info on armor movements.

When it works, it works.

The day before while defending our last cache I parked my technical behind a blind corner. I was covering my responsible direction as a squad member. Until a total noob ****** bag comes and takes the technical while I'm on it. Even before I wrote him on the team chat he drove the technical directly over a stryker. Believe me I was gonna shoot him instantly if the stryker did not already killed us.

when someone joins my transport squad, crashes his chopper and then leaves the server ;(

or when they fly around the carrier for no reason, flying around the map and get shot down after i said to them not to fly if they dont have nothing to do there in the first place.

i know ppl get bored, but thats what transport is. you hang out on main till someone calls you. if you want action, go infantry

People who jump in your 50cal jeep and run off with it. People who mess around with your vehicle in general.

Most of all what piss me off, is the reflex sights not having a 2x zoom anymore, beyond 50-100m now there useless, because targets over that distance are so small it impossible to even get the cross hair on target at least with my mouse.

Commanding and having an important squad stop talking to you.

Detonating IED's around cahes and destroying them, or getting uneeded TK's.

Generally being dumb and not listening.

And wasting assets.

Remove snipers. Attracts the kids. Or make the sniper role more diverse in recon role than just sniping off squads.
