No, i think Muttrah city is a situation where the team who applies more tactics will win. I often see the three BTRS far from each other and will all be taken out from one LAV. Then again i sometimes see the BTRS owning the lavs ruushing to docks killing the inf and winning the game.
This is usually the case when the APCS aren't hit by lats or hats then they just can camp docks and shoot any helis and win the game.
