The Americans are fighting the Russians in one map, the Russians are fighting the Militia in one map, and the Militia are fighting the British in another map? I thought the British and Americans were allies, if we do have briefings, they will have to make sense with the rest of the maps. It's too much work to make everything that's happening in these battles make sense with everything else.
They are allies. The US and UK are BLUFOR, Russia is OPFOR, and the Militia is neutral (aka they can fight whoever they want and not take sides).

But... But... Then I'd have to do some work to put the briefings back in the loading menu...
Effort

Because they're trying to confuse and blind you with confusedness.
On topic: How about something very short and sharp... Along the lines of... "DESTROY, DESTROY THEM ALL D:<"
I don't think briefings are needed personally.

I'm not a hater. I just think they're unnecessary.
This is why we have the tournament and things.. To put storylines to battles on maps.
Think about it. You'll read the briefing of a map maybe once and then you probably won't bother after that when you load the map again. It's superfluous.
After about a month they will have either been forgotten about or people will want updated briefings. After all, why would you want to play 'the same' battle over and over again.
EDIT: That sig is very distracting...

Saying that, we did spend a whole round of Korengal in as if it was Lord of the Rings, we went in the mines of moria, crossed the anduin river, slayed many orcs. At one point in the mines of moria we were on a 50cal yelling "YOOOOOOU SHALL NOT PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASS!"
Was hilarious.
video please...i would love to see that

I do not wish a BF:V story like wich weapons were used and how many died where ever.
What i do wish to see is the scenario the DEVS have in mind. How is the map ment to play? Wich points are essential and why. I believe this will take a little weight of the SL's shoulders.

I think each map can be played many, many ways. Each game depends on the people playing it. It's like Company of Heroes, you can play the same map dozens of times, but with the different craters and buildings obliterated, things change. PR is like that, no point will hold the same value each time.
