When i get my new computer, i give it a go, Arma i heard got a lot of things wrong, but it got some really key things right, for example you can lean around corners and make better use of cover so i heard.
And as for the controls being a bit sluggish, id have too agree the mouse and aiming is a bit a bit weird coming from BF2, but the first thing they will axe is the cross hairs so you won't be firing from the hip like you do in vanilla ARMA, so who cares,
Controls in BF2 i think are not much better, they really don't give you a very fine degree of control you need for this game, when i was playing the demo, i noticed i had a little more control it was not as spontaneous as in BF2 but then again that realistic to ,it definitely a lot less arcadish as BF2 is.,
What I like to see is PR finically with all vestiges of arcade game play removed. A game that has realistic fire fights and a cover system.
And if where lucky PR arma might just provide it.
