Well it doesn't help when the guys you play with don't understand English, are new to the game and go do something stupid.
I was playing 'mortar' today, I had 5 people in my squad and only one guy had VOIP, I told the other 2 who had "IED" kits to get AK kits back at the main, so they could reload the mortars, and I told them 3 times. Did they do anything? No they just stood there like retards... Sure new players who come in and start playing is a good thing but why even try if you don't have a mic or social capabilities.

PoisonBill, maybe you should consider the people you play with, the servers you play on and the time of day you play, and look around for better options.
It doesn't have to be like that all the time, and I cannot remember having a single one of the situations you described, even on what many consider a "bad server".
Sometimes joining a good clan or community that you have experiance playing with is a good idea.
If you're a squad leader, kick the members who don't follow your orders.
I often times take the time during the start of a round (but anytime goes) to explain what I expect of my squad members, and give some basic rules and guidelines. You may want to do the same.

Poison Bill, I know a few good guys with mics that come from Sweden and play on PRTA. Next time you're in game turn Mumble on, go to PRTA and make sure you're in CopyCat's squad. SweSniper is also from your neck of the woods.
Just mentioned that because they'l be in your time-zone. Although thinking about it so will most of Europe..

it's all about playing on the right server(s)
I recommend associating yourself with mumble and mumble servers, PR w/ mumble offers game play not found in any other game.
W/ out both teams practicing teamwork PR isn't very fun for me, but I recommend you look at the PRTA server and the Hardcore Server - both encourage mumble

I think my favorite game-screwing moron was the 12-year-old who insisted than an APC was in fact a "mini tank" and that transporting infantry was not his primary responsibility...

Well, whatever game you play you will always get bored sometime, just take a pause and try again later!

Next time someone spams you in chat/mumble, or is a total asshat, threaten them by saying that you'll do a Google of their username.. Some people get the fairly strong message that it is time to get off the Server and stop bothering you.

yeah, my computer sucks, so how about you stfu and stop mocking me about it.
Let me break this down for you:
Lead a squad
Or
Find some friends and get one of them to squad lead.
I've been playing PR since v0.4, really if you're having a shit round, with the exception of a few rounds, it's your fault for being a sheep and seeing your team sucks and saying "oh well, my team sucks, so I'm going to have a terrible round"
This is not Call of Duty, the maps have room to manoeuvre, you can easily have a fun round when your team loses. Just man up and lead a squad.
you automaticly assume that because im not leading the squad, that thats the reason for a lack of teamwork
across the entire team. and by not leading a squad, im the reason that my team is losing. i lead squads all the time, and my squad ends up carrying the fucking team.
your and idiot. you cant see the world outside of TG, and you dont know what your talking about.

The only time I get bored of PR is when theres 2 good teams or 2 bad teams and theres a stalemate for hours on end.. But lately iv played different games, come back to PR and it just hits me on how such a quality game it is....LOVE IT!

it's only fading when people can't play and/or use assets properly.

This thead is going downhill, I don't see it developing into any interesting discussion so I'm going to close it down.
