Sorta. We'd have the dude with an AK or whatever peak out on the corner of a building, exposing himself to an APC. When it would start firing HEAT or coaxial, we'd run out into the fire and get ourselves killed, losing the Brits 50 intel points. We did it so much that by the time the APC gunner had died, he had a whopping 2 hour spawn time and they had lost over 300 intel points. For some reason they managed to get two caches known within about half an hour which confused me, but we won the round regardless.

Thats what he told us over global, but yeah you're quite right.

It really shouldn't have a maximum, killing civilians is stupidly unrealistic and should be punished to the fullest extent. He did leave when he died though.

Don't agree with punishing hard for civilian kills, most of the time it's the civilians that run into fire and cause their deaths. Seen plenty of times civilians jumping into streams of bullets and bleeding for 5 minutes just so they can die as martyr instead of healing. Just like your case, civvies hiding in cover and when the APC starts firing you all run into the shells, he shouldn't get punished at all imo.

After the first time, he started deliberately doing it, since killing a civi still puts +1 on your kill count.
