Had two and a half rounds tonight.
The two full rounds I played(khami & marlin) were extremely balanced. The end scores were 5-0 and 2-0 in that order, with round ends happening due to flag cap and a tank getting bombed. It felt like my team could've been better in many ways, but everyone was communicating and working for the team. Really good games.

Was a good set of rounds, the following once on Fools Road our team started to dominate the other however. But the two rounds mentioned is probably some of the best rounds I've had in years.

Surely was some great games and more importantly, some great players on both sides of the table! Made you work very hard for the victory of the rounds!

Played on Merk with 21MID clanmates recently. Very good teamwork, good admins doing their best to balance the teams. A really good server, if not the best.

Disappointing admining yesterday on bijar. I and some others were playing with 3dac members on the round before and wanted to do same on bijar. On the start of the round suddenly 3dac members got switch out of our squad to the other team. I suppose you were trying to balance the teams, but it would have been better to ask or at least tell before starting to switch players. In the end we got split up and pretty much everyone left before the round ended.
Balancing is important, but please dont do it w/o asking as you never know who is playing together.
The admin squad that was borderline base camping was also not so awesome.

Now I didn't play, but I've seen you complain about this before so I might aswell share my point of view from (not a merk) admins perspective. Sometimes it's really impossible to ask first, you simply don't have the time. The optimal is to ask the round before, but every round people tend to leave so it's often too much of a gamble to ask clans to switch, just to have other clans of importance or themselves leave. Often you have to change your plans on briefing, and then you don't have time asking. You are forced to prioritize either asking and waiting for a response, or switching before assets are claimable. On a map like bijar it's totally reasonable to get the switcing done before the timer is over so everyone has fair chance to claim assets and deploy, which also impacts balance. Believe it or not typing !switch on each player and figuring out what should be done takes some time, specially with 6 seconds spam-filter on briefing.

So if you want to balance at all it's sometimes the only option to not ask and just do it. But ofc from the players perspective it's annoying and specially if you like playing with your friends and don't personally care about the balance (until you loose) as much as the admins have to, since they always get shit on for it no matter what.

I think we are not asking for asking our opinion, we are asking for informing us. There is no problem with switching us (per se), but on Bijar, I got switched, all others were still on the other side. So I !r if I could get switched back to MEC to my friends, an admin switched me again. I made a Squad (CAS hooray) and all that jazz, only to be switched again after a minute, out of the squad that I had made - lucky there was no Squadbug afterwards. In the end we were split on both teams and we had no clue which side the admins actually wanted us (and HaX said he didn't know either :D )

So, in essence: Feel free to be determined to switch people around, but make sure it's consistent or maybe also tell us in local mumble or whatever so that we know what's going on and don't even attempt to switch back.

Other than that, solid admining as usual.

We are humans not robots. Mistakes happen. Especially after a rough round and frustration and other stuff on mind.. Well, mistakes are made to learn from them

Three guys got killed there and reported it to me in my squad. It wasn't admins who got killed. They told me they got killed in main and I told them to respawn to see who got the kills. Three kills went to you. Sorry if it wasn't you, but from what I could see it definently looked like it. So reason I kicked you (consider tempban a kick since we think kick is unstable, so we dont use it) is that I thought you should know better than that.
