Yep, report locked squad also stating we need more trans/supplies. That would of helped.

You would of got a different answer from me, if the team needed more choppers. Although the SL controls the asset the rule we enforce at NwA is TEAMWORK. If any SL is holding assets as his toys and not the teams tools he will be spoken too.

Some times one is enough. Just like on Muttra 4 hueys is too much once the round is established, after that pilots fly around and get shot down stating they got board.

Alert the admins they talk to the SL make a decision and carry on.

I gave you a reply stating "it is up to the SL who he needs in the squad" after the SL told me he didn't need another pilot. I also felt that the heli squad was a bit bad, but I can't really force an SL to have you in his squad if he says he doesn't need another pilot(which I agreed with, not many people needing trans or supply at the time and we had lost alot of chinooks).

Also reporting the SL as "Bullying you" for kicking from the squad is not really correct or helpful to the admins

Not entirely correct, he stated i couldnt fly and that was the reason for kick, then locking squad. What he said later isnt really important to me, he had no reason to complain about my flying abilities.

Bullying it was, but ill try to articulate me better in the future.

It was resolved because i left.

I think the general rule should be to SL from now on. If any of you were there you would have banned the guy, i cannot stress that fact enough. But no system is perfect, i cant expect admins to get to it when they werent there.

Transport is one of the more tricky jobs in the game, and also one that is somewhat harder to regulate.

In nearly all circumstances solo/duo asset-squads which are locked will be asked to unlock and allow other people to join with the exception of:
- Squads for assets of which there is only 1 on the battlefield at all times (Tank on AL Basra/Karbala/Iron Ridge Insurgency for example)
- Transport squads

The reason for transport squads is that there is usually no need at all to have more than one bird in the air once the initial supply lines are set up, as Orford already mentioned.

That does leave us with the issue of squadleaders such as you encountered. They feel they need no more pilots but do not fly themselves either. In such cases it would just be best to explain what the SL is doing in general, instead of focusing on why you got kicked from the squad - that's not very important in that case. That the Transport squad SL is not doing his job is far worse, if you catch my drift. In the end it is the SL that is.. well.. leading his squad. He decides who goes and stays, how unfair it might seem to you at the time.

And as to banning the SL? I sincerely doubt that. Resign him from his position, yes, but banning is not required in such circumstances.

Everyone totally knows that is is some sort of band. Even if I knew it was I would probably have at least kicked you for stating what you did. It is insulting towards the clan hosting the server as well as considered a sensitive and racist word to use. You should also seriously take any complaints about bans to their website instead ot the PR forums.

Racism in any form is not allowed in our servers, even if its a joke or intended it usually ends in a permanent ban.

Uhm lately ive been having technical issues with your server, its a shame i like playing on your server.

My problem is disconnecting, i dont know if it is random, but my game freezes saying that it has connection issues and then drops out, when i try to rejoin i cant find any NwA server in the browser, it reappears after a time. I dont have this issue with other servers.

So basicly its like a big time out or lag spike, i dont know. Is this a server issue? Or do i have to do something.

Note my ports are forwarded properly and firewall is for noobs.

We are aware of this situation. There appears to a routing problem at one of the hops on the way to our server. I also suffer from the same disconnects as you, so be assured I am working to fix it.

Just noticed that Mumble has the servers switched. Server #2 AAS is Insurgency in Mumble, and server #1 is AAS. Someone might want to sort that out.

Think thats just the channel names, mumble sorts it when you connect.

2 days ago me and my mate was playing on you server. On Burning Sands in small apc(you call it scimitar)
Only what we want - take small apc and patrool city. I asked admin in prmumble - it is enough to call our squad "APC" to take this little apc - he answer YES. All was perfect - we killed ~15 people, take first places.

Now today - we joined again, called squad APC(squad 1), take scimi. All was 1 hour ok(we killed 10 people and 1 BTR), untill someone at end of round create squad "SCIMI"(squad 6). Direct in this time my gunner disconnected, i drive into building to hide from havoc. I got warning for "Asset stealing", so ok, new admin, new rules. I asked "what i need to do". Anser was "go in apc, press W and go to base", ok, in 50 seconds i got shot from havoc and ban from admin for "SOLOYING, ASSET STEALING AND WASTING".
Are u kidding? Can you make same rules for all 7 days of week? And what was solution of this trouble? Teleport apc to base?

I asked Dobsky to switch me to canada side where were all my clan mates at 30:30 on Ins Op. Archer. He coldly answered no - i dont see reason why not to switch me...

Few mins later i switched myself. I just left the base and then warning, i'm quoting: "!w strela if you have given away the unknown cache i will ban you OK?"

Dobsky i dont know if you know, but THAT was personal insult

You know what I answered to you after a unnecessary warning, if you access to me like that today, you can bet i will reciprocate

Also, next time you see me breaking rules (any of rules, even minor ones) on ur server, give me a perm ban

I wouldn't take that as a personal jibe. The admins need to ensure that gameplay is fair, if that means treading on the toes of those who believe they have integrity then that is the case.

No one accuses the sEX_YU clan of breaking our rules, your clan is very much welcome on our server. You are great team players.

Returning to my original point, I believe Dobsky was warmly reminding you not to break the rules. In essence all you got was a warning, you weren't kicked or banned. Okay, the warning may make you feel a bit angry. If one were to think about Dobsky's actions in retrospect of the host of options in game admins have available I believe you were treated fairly.

I am sure Dobsky would have reminded any other player for thus. If he were to remind others, but not to warn your clan that could be labelled as positive discrimination, which in my books is just as bad as negative discrimination.

TLDR, don't take what he wrote as personal, the admins have a lot going on at times and we may be a blunt in our warnings and requests. In the end, you were only warned, no biggie, ignore it and prove us wrong!
