Make sure you have posted on the correct clan site to. You have posted the same message on the *NwA* ban appeal page of our web site. Was you banned from *NwA* or UKWF. Either way we would need more info and may be a sorry.gazzthompson wrote:Post on their website, would probably help if you included your in game name, when you was banned and why to help the admins.

Just a shorter comment: Why do ppl think that a good lookin clantag is the better or more aware player?
And about namecalling, abuse others etc.: ppl makes u mad sometimes, also in onlinegames!

To Expand on Dunem's post
Saturday Is Mumble day.
Starting 26th June 2010, we'd like to entice UKWF members and public to play using mumble voice program. Dispite what people say, mumble makes the game much more realistic, after all it IS Project "Reality".
It also makes the game more accessable when asking for assets or catching the attention of an admin even down to asking for a landing zone. If PR was made as its own shelf title, mumble would be built in as a part of the VOIP system like you see in all these new games (APB for example). I think its only fair that people give it a try and get some fun out of it at the same time.
As the PR server see's over 250+ persons of traffic per day, its also in best intrest of the public to make the most out of their gameplay experience with UK Warfare.
Download Project Reality Mumble 0.5 beta
http://www.realityteamwork.com/download ... taller.exe
(Use audio setup wizard wisely and setup comfortable shortcuts, One Push to talk key, one mute channel key. Mute is always helpful when listening to vent or VOIP in an instance. Personally I use my "\" key, i have gotten used to using my little finger for mumble and thumb for vent, this causes me less confusion.)

Re: UKWF - UK Warfare (Europe)
I've been playing a lot on the UKWF server, and had always seen it as one of the best servers around. But just today i had a very bad experience with the server, and particularly the admins. Me and my friend was kicked twice, the first time for making a second tank squad(the first was full), and the for joining an transport squad and taking and apc. There was 3 tankss, 3 apc's, and one striker in main, but we werent aloud to take any of them, they were the ukwf guy's reserves. When i asked them what then to do, the said that they need FOB's and that's was what i HAD TO DO! What irritated me the most was that they acted very arrogant and that they wanted to decide what you should do.
As i said in the beginning i have had main awesome games on UKWF, and this is the first time something like this has happend. But it really pissed med of. Maybe it's just a few bad members, but me and my friend has considerd boycotting the server.

hello daffy
as one of the admin around at that time i will tell you the story
the reason we had 3 tanks in main because we didnt lost any of them and were rolling pretty good.
then you and your friend came made another tank squad and just started using them while we didnt need them on the field on you didnt asked us
also when we started having the discussion you kept on going and going and going without stopping wich wasnt the best thing you could do
then you take a bradly while you are in a blackhawk squad wich is considering to our server rules Asset stealing ( name squad after assets rule )
then because we were fed up with it we decided to temporarily ban you
greetings

When weren't in an blackhawk squad, but an squad called trans, and we asumed that a bradley was okay for that task. I still think that at least some of you from UKWF should learn to be less ignorant, and more polite
But hey, i'll still thank you for the quick apply.

Re: UKWF - UK Warfare (Europe)
we dont consider apcs as transport for the factor it is mainly used in kashan against vehicles and not for transportation uses ( use the blackhawk for that) we also think that transport is for vehicles that dont have a 2nd gunner seat and not for apcs etcDaffy_Duck wrote:When weren't in an blackhawk squad, but an squad called trans, and we asumed that a bradley was okay for that task. we are sorry that it happened for you in a ignorant way but remember that when you try to admin a 64 player server while you want to game yourself is pretty hard so thats why we dont like to argue with people

Re: UKWF - UK Warfare (Europe)
Just got off the server. Was a pretty horrible time.
Reasons it sucked:
* Someone by the name of jcmomoftw[3/3] teamkilled not one, but two caches.
* Squad bug at 7 squads.
* Three caches on the map.
* The British team decided to rape insurgent main from hotel.
After being killed by the explosion of the second TKed cache, and no sign of admins, my friends and I bailed. I did however think that two channel mumble was great, the fact that we were the only ones in there on a full 64 player server was a bit sad though.
While I understand that admins can't be on 24/7 it should be fairly easy to add a few more trust-worthy people to your admin staff. Tactical Gamer had the same problem a few months ago, they ended up adding ~4 new admins to their staff. Most of my time is spent fragging on the TG server, and I've had very few problems where there was not an admin in game or on CC watching things.

Re: UKWF - UK Warfare (Europe)
Just to note; we've recently returned to having two servers, I think its been around for a week at the most so you'll have to bear with us while we get some more admins active during the night etc. However there is a way to report offending players on our forums via the complaint section, backed up with some screenshots. And those responsible will be banned.zebra.actual wrote:Just got off the server. Was a pretty horrible time.

As for the lack of mumble users, we are trying to get our public players used to the programme as you can see from Shavid's post. Not every one is accustomed to it so again I'm going to have to ask for your patience.

It got worse after you left Zebra, it was like the wild west in there. Admins I would hit up the BR file for that round of Basrah last night about 1AM, it should result in at least 5 perma-bans just from what I saw in my vicinity.

Good game on UKWF last night. First time I'd played PR on a full server in quite a while. Squad was 3/4 full of T&T, aided by some excellent pubbies
Really enjoyed myself stomping all over the PL''s party island, pretty much dominating the ground anywhere we went. Good times!

Re: UKWF - UK Warfare (Europe)
Decent server as long as admins are on, clan members are mostly firendly and work together well.
However teamswitching is ridiculous sometimes and the one chanel mumble doesn't help teamwork either.
Needs a stricter "no wasting assets" rule as well.
