+1, Desert Rats is by far the best looking map in PR.40mmrain wrote:Speaking of that map pack. Where does "desert rats" come from? It's kashan desert, but the bases are bigger, and the lighting is much prettier. Was it in the game before, and replaced, or did someone just develop it, and it was never introduced?
I just think it's nicer looking overall and prefer it to kashan.
isn't the militia tank a T55?PGT_Hubbard wrote:There are T-54/55 statics on some maps, but will we ever see this vehicle as something we can use?
Seriously? That is setting the bar very low...Korengal, Shijia valley, Operation Marlin <- all of these maps are far superior in looks. Desert rats is basically just kashan...made darker (not even by retexture, just using the light settings)+1, Desert Rats is by far the best looking map in PR.
It was made for a scrim.40mmrain wrote:Speaking of that map pack. Where does "desert rats" come from? It's kashan desert, but the bases are bigger, and the lighting is much prettier. Was it in the game before, and replaced, or did someone just develop it, and it was never introduced?

My guess is that he's from Sweden. In Swedish, some combinations of words that would typically be written seperately in English, are written together in Swedish if they relate to one another within the sentence. As an example, blodsockerprovtagningsmaskin is a combination of three words; blod (blood), socker (sugar or glucose), provtagning (sampling) and maskin (machine). In english these words would be written separately as blood glucose sampling machine.SShadowFox wrote:Why Anders mix up "sound" with everything else that comes after? (ie. That's true mates. In Sweden, if we dont merge words that are supposed to be merged we're called more or less "grammar-retards" or idiots!Oskar wrote:My guess is that he's from Sweden.
