Good players wouldnt need any asset rule at all. They would see what the team is missing and play that role.
But this thread isnt about our asset rule, use our forum if you want to complain.
Stabilitywise server is working good but indeed lacks of teamwork. You guys have to understand that 128p isnt really playable with this gamesettings/configs at the moment.

In my honest opinion, teamwork isnt working like it should just because of that little nametag bug. Just imagine what squad leaders feel... "Hey hey! You! There you! standing with a Hat kit, are you in my squad? yea? really? ok what is your nickname? ok ok cool, go to that location and cover east. Ok whos next, hey You! Yea you, rifleman, are you in my squad?..."x-spades-x wrote:I agree with the servers rules being under par, it would be nice to truely test out the 128 limit and see how it will really work using teamwork.... not every man for himself... first come first server,, PUB! It has a lot of potential, and it is great to see it 'working' just can't wait to see it in its true form of PR! seems like people joined that server and pretend it is Call of Duty

never saw the nametags as a problem, since i don't usually depend that much on them. you can still revive people without nametags, right?

I don't see the game working AT ALL without name tags (gameplay wise, obviously), and I don't understand people advocating their removal.

Actually, without nametags you can't see if anyone is wounded or needs ammo, since the ammo/health bar is part of the nametag.hiberNative wrote:never saw the nametags as a problem, since i don't usually depend that much on them. you can still revive people without nametags, right?
And fro the last time, this is a bug, not a feature.

Dont mind too much not seeing nametags. I did almost get tked twice by squadmates but they asked first. Did make it seem akward later when two enemies were litterally right next to us shooting in the air for some dumb reason and gave me free kills. People do need to learn to pay attention to the uniforms though, still so many dumb tks that could of been avoided even just by looking at the map.

People couldn't join after 128 players were reached. I think 128 is the highest you can go since that was originally planned anyway.

Just finished a match on Iron Eagle. Despite quite a number of players, the number of assets and transports felt good. Kashan defiantly needs more transports though. I am really enjoying the 128 players on a server.

Damnitt!
I really do need a new computer now, if 128 players works I'll be playing a slide show.

If nametags do prove to be a problem with the space or load they take IMHO a simple green or blue dot would suffice.
For ammo or medic needs voip or mumble's enough.

Yea I had the same yesterday on Kozelsk. Gonna try again later today if the server is still up. Added a gamebooster program. That might help just a bit.Tinfoilhat wrote:Damnitt!
