Send me your paypal info, I'll drop some money in there - I've thoroughly enjoyed your sound mod and I don't think that you should have to bear that all alone. I'm not particularly well off but I can spare a pittance ($25 or something)... Every bit helps, right :razz:

Good thing you can use the sounds however you please (like other games or movies, etc.).

Anders, did you fix the engine sound of the Blackhawk gatling? Some days ago I was wondering that in the standard PR sounds you hear the electrical engine or so which is needed to turn the barrels. With SM 0.5 I did not hear any sound but the shots... -.-

Yes, no more soundupdates for the soundmod. There's no need for it. I actually reached the limits for what I could for the modding of 0.97*. So I've done so much more with 1.0 that you could never imagine. That's why I won't bother of making enhancements for my soundmod. Enjoy it until 1.0 hits you in your face. :)

When i try to enable the soundmod it is telling me the acces to the pad serverarchive ORIG-BAK was denied

You need to change the permissions of that folder of the file. I must be set to read only

Hey i hope for the best...Maybe one day speakers/headphones and audio equipment in general would be good enough to capture the true essence of gun sounds , even today it can be recorded properly :

I'd go out and record weapons myself but some of the microphones on this video cost over 2000$ which is ridiculous and is more than what i make in a year.

Wich file exactly? Changed ASM_Controlpanel to read only but that dident work.

Serverarchives.con and serverarchives.ORIG-BAK
They are located in battlefield 2/mods/pr directory
