Really disappointed by some of the admins last game (Jevski & Crenshaw).

Situation
I was playing with an Infantry squad on Yamala, where an enemy APC just annihilated our squad and FoB emplacements. We spawned on main base, and our squadleader said that we should take an APC to fight the enemy APC.

There were 4 APC's in our mainbase. We had a APC squad in the team, with 1 guy sitting in 1 of them, but hasn't left the base for at least 10 minutes, most likely waiting for a gunner.

The squad entered one of the APC with me as gunner. When we drove off, I got a warning immediately for stealing assets.

Verdict
Apparently, since there was an APC squad, we weren't allowed to take one of the APC's to accomplish our own mission. Pointing us to the "NAME YOUR SQUAD AFTER ITS JOB/ROLE."-rule.
Remember, there were 4 APC's in our main, our APC squad was one manned and hasn't left the base for at least 10 minutes.

Calling us out for stealing assets at that point and in that given situation is totally unjustified. We were already losing that round and we needed to get that gear into use. Flexibility to the rules in this situation could have changed the tide of the game, but instead, our squadleader got kicked and we lost the game in the end because none of the APC's saw any action after that.

I asked you BEFORE you left main to join the apc sqd. You ignored me. Then you claimed that since you where gunner and your SL told you to,you where not responsible.

Then you lost the apc shortly after.
Your sqd spend the next 10 min complaining and a couple of you where way out of line. You then kept on whining.

All this could have been solved if u had from the beginning, as I asked, either joined the apc sqd, or just asked them.

Yet you would rather use you time whining and complaining instead of following server rules, and admin instructions.

I did not kick your sl for stealing, but for being abusive towards me, as others also where in your sqd.

So in conclusion. Follow server rules. Either ask or join apc sqd. Taking rules into you own hand and then be abusive towards the admin does not solve anything.

Could be that you asked me something, didn't see...we were to busy getting our squad together and talking about our movement plan.

That's easy to say, but what does that have to do with anything? You didn't notice that we destroyed 1 enemy APC and 1 entire squad before even going down? irrelevant if you ask me.

We explained why we took an APC out of main, we asked you to be flexible about the situation. You didn't move one inch like a freaking bureaucrat.

Yes, but we didn't. We evaluated the situation and made a conclusion that we didn't need to ask since we didn't had an active APC squad. Just some AFK guy that had an APC squadname and wasn't doing anything to help with the game.

We can understand the rule, but you didn't understand the situation. We tried to talk some sense into you, but wasted effort in the end.

He was far from being abusive, you kicked him cause you didn't like him.

So in conclusion, you were stubborn as hell. If the situation was different, and we had a fully active APC squad (2 guys would have been enough imo), then I would agree with you. However, 1 guy idling in main, is NOT an active squad.



TL;DR
There was no active APC squad, so we felt justified to take one when the situation called for it. We didn't feel like splitting the squad because we were doing great together and we didn't ask the APC squad since he wasn't in a position to take out any APC's anyway. You sticked to the rules like a bureaucrat while we asked you to be flexible.

when a SL is AFK you report him to the admins, you do not break server rules and take an asset even though you were told not to and ratehr told to ask him or joins his squad, and your only excuse is "but we didn't"

in conclusion, you broke the server rules, and lost an asset in the process. The server rules are ours to have and yours to follow. Just becouse you disagree does not entitle you to disregard them. One person was kicked for beeing abusive and arguing with the admin.

We do understand that you wish to complain, but really there is nothing to complain about. Next time simply follow the rules and there will be no problem. The admins can't be flexible all the time, that would make the whole point of having rules a waste.

Also please do not disrespect and argue with our admins, they do alot of work to keep the servers going smoothly. arguing with them ingame solves nothing and ruins the game for both the admins that have to deal with it while trying to enjoy their game and for the other players on the server. Instead go to nwa-clan.com create a user and post a complaint where you can discuss what happened.

The admins did exacly what they are told to do maintaining the server rules, jevski was in his fullest right to kick you for breaking server rules, those include insulting him. He spent his own gaming time sorting out rulebreakers and you even dare insulting him doing that?? Doing his job?? I am sorry but where is the old PR community that respected the server admins and respected the server rules.

Use the !r function and not your i dont care about server rules function.

I never got kicked or insulted anyone. On the other hand, Jevski insulted me multiple times.

Next time simply follow the rules and there will be no problem.

Here's what we could have done to avoid breaking the rules:

1. Everyone leave the squad
2. Create a new squad
3. Called it APC #2 or Mech Inf
4. Everyone join the squad again
5. ????
6. PROFIT !!!

No rules broken now!!!!
See why i don't agree with the Jevsk's decision ? The current APC squad wasn't even capable to leave the base (that would break another rule, that says don't solo vehicles). There were enough APC's for multiple squads (max 3 per squad, there were 4)

Frist, when you left main, I stood infront of the APC blocking, having you driving around me.
As I have stated ingame as well as here, that you again chose to ignore or understand, is that all you should have done is ask the apc sqd if you could take the apc.

And I suggest you read our rules, because from the statement you just made, you still dont understand them.

I can only assume your now just trolling.

Easy answer would of been !r apc squad afk 1 man squad please resign.

We believed we didn't need to since the APC squad was inactive and incapable. After you kicked our squadleader, i joined the APC squad and i asked if he was bothered by it, and he wasn't. YOU were the only one bothered by the fact we took one APC

I understand the rule, and i support it since it's annoying if you're running an APC or Tank or CAS squad and others run off with your assets. However, if your not even capable of running the squad to it's fullest potentional then you should at least allow to let other squads make use of it.

Closing notes
Yes I agree we could have asked the single guy in the APC squad if we could have one APC for our squad.
BUT, i think you also should have considered the situation before going all berserk against us about taking one APC. If you just agree with me on that as well, then i'm fine with it.

Can you guys try to vote them trough at INS server ones in while, since the INS server is most of the time full and the AAS is still having problems with filling. It would be awesome.
