so map does load fine in the editor and everything works but still crashes ingame ?

At times like that I generally edit my init.con to stop loading alot of stuff to load with the minimum (i.e. no undergrowth, overgrowth etc) and see if it runs, then I add stuff back one by one until it crashes, then at least I know what to fix

Done :) Indeed use code tags! Can't really see a problem with the gpo at first sight. Although you shouldn't have this:

CombatAreaManager.use 0
CombatAreaManager.timeAllowedOutside 1000.000000

I don't have access to my pc right now but allowing flight outside is done differently if that's what you are trying to do.

Your flags appear to be set to neutral, you won't get any spawns and the game will perceive it to be 'finished'

set the flags to team 1 and team 2

also it seems like you have your flags all in the default layer which will not create an GPO.con in the /yourmapname/gamemode/gpm_cq/64/ folder

you need to create a new layer in the editor and assign 64 players and gpm_cq to it
