MEC/SAA should have BMP-2'2 without ATGMs imo, instead of BMP-1's.
I disagree that T72 vs 2x T62 is unbalanced.

T-72 vs. 2x T-62 --- T-72 press one button to win(because T-62 can't see through smoke while T-72 can).
Unless T-72 got caught with its pants down with two shot to the rear/side; but that's working as intended(more to do with T-72 crew being bad than T-62 being effective).
BMP-2 would mean that FSA need more effective AT weapons(waiting for RPG-29 to be finished), since it does not have a fairly-long reload time for AT infantry to exploit. Because T-62 will most likely be taken care of by MEC HAT, Milan, or T-72 anyway.

T-62s need to work together and play defensive, that's all.

Work together --- still can't see through smoke.
If you are playing defensive with T-62 then you might as well shovel up an ATGM.

T-72 defeated without it landing a single hit on the T-62s.
Also without the T-72 MEC's armor gets absolutely trashed by the T-62s.

One single instance of it means nothing...
And you were saying they "play defensive"?
The video clearly shows incompetent T-72 crew who can't decide which way to move.

Yes I am, and I'd know as I was the driver of the T-62 that initially engaged the T-72.
We were hull down for a while waiting for it to move out (it was engine off as well) and retreated behind after firing. By then we had the T-72 boxed in and it was fucked either way.
It's not a bug, it's a feature!

Are you devs/mappers aware of this issue with Sbeneh Outskirts (v1.3.0.0) and disappearing playermodels (happened three times in a row; despite of admin restarting the game twice) or is this the latest in clocking technology?

Did this happen with just pickup kits?

Didn't matter whether we spawned or changed kits.

Right but it was started once you picked up a pickup kit? Or when you pick up any kit?

At first spawn (game/round start) and when changing kits, but I believe they fixed it by simply changing map.

Again, one incident; and it took multiple players to stand a chance against two-three players.

ComradeHX; that's the whole point of asymetrical balance. Once the T72 is out of the game, the T62 can roam free and has a huge advantage against everything. And it's not a single incident. I've played T62 on Sbeneh several times now and we never had a big problem dealing with the T72, both in 1.2 and 1.3.

There are also 2 pickup heavy at kits at main base for FSA (look through my blogs if you didn't know) that really make the t72 less effective.

This is just what I was going to say. Saying that the T72 is too strong against SR is like complaining that the Taliban MG technicals can't take out one IFV.

Happened with requestable-kits I believe. I think somethink is bugged with the kit-request-system on this layout, since I also requested an unarmed kit, but instead it got me a russian(!) medic kit with an insivible AK 74M.
Edit: Okay, maybe this should be switched to the bug-report forum.

Rabbit, the round before Sbeneh was Hades Peak. Invisible-bug (having Russian kits) happened on Sbeneh after.

T-62 huge advantage? The long reload and lack of thermals makes it not much better against infantry than BMP-1.
If you never had a problem dealing with the T-72, then it's time to add a T-62 or BMP-2M to MEC.
