These were essentially all that insurgents had to prevent complete and total domination by BLUFOR forces who have:
  • Accurate Weapons with OPTICS
  • VEHICLES WITH THERMALS
  • Better Load outs
  • Typically Better squad Organization
You are a moron. Go play BF4

Tboy205, no, we don't talk to other forum users in that manner.

1. you are wrong.
2. you are probably one of those who play BluFor just because it's easy to win a firefight at medium/long range due to INS having very little magnifying optics.
3. you would know all about bf4, would you not?

Two wrongs don't make a right comrade, lets not continue that discussion.

Youre actually very right there. Me myself have no trouble taking down distant enemies with aks or unscoped weapons. Ins gets binocs ateast.

Optics help a lot.

It can help actually identifying whether something is a head or just antenna poking out of rooftop.

And it helps aiming at the target instead of one pixel away which translates to a complete miss.

Remove Deviation!

I feel like everyone has told you about this before.
2 seconds; take it or leave it.

Dr_Death wrote:I have, i have even waited 3 seconds with a rifle and the bullet still miss, it seems impossible to me to shot at anything outside of 100 meters, even with the LMG, these things sprawl bullets everywhere when, like i said, you are prone, deployed, and aiming for an enemy just 100 meters ahead.
And again, mouse movement adds deviation(slightly for rifles, fairly large for sniper rifles).
And firearms are not supposed to be perfectly accurate; IIRC the minimum deviation is 0.2 or something for assault rifles.

I would like to see at least for a week to see how does the game lives if we remove all deviation of the guns, and literally all guns hit where they aim. It would most likely make cover much more important.
And then the game becomes Battlefield 3; but with PR weapons.

There is no old flare system that actually worked. Every flare system in PR ever has had this bug. Before 1.0 it just seemed super rare and now not anymore :( K4on,mats and a few other devs are looking into it!

Battlefield 3 and 4 still have plenty of deviation from where sight points at.
Dr_Death wrote:No, it would become more of Insurgency or ArmA than BF. Wich is a good thing (in my opinion)
Did anyone ever tell you it's hardcoded?

Sight can spin around in circles in this game but shots will still go toward center of screen.

In this game shots go exactly where you aim if you know when and how to shoot.
