Re: PRTA Feedback thread

We can always improve balancing, it's difficult to nail down to an exact science, despite people claiming it to be easy.
We hope to do better.

Which 3 players are hacking, and show me their proof. Also, did other servers ban these hackers?pwner_pt wrote:PRTA please stop supporting and interacting with hackers. You are destroying the PR community. Evidence has been showing to the whole PR community already especially in three cases and they are still allowed to be active in your PRTA community. Ban these people and don't allow them to play on your server. Why are you supporting hackers?!

Very sad that PRTA doesn't ban hackers. But seriously though, if you've seen hackers on your server or on PRTA, make a report. If enough proof is provided, they'll be banned.pwner_pt wrote:Evidence has been showing to the whole PR community already especially in three cases and they are still allowed to be active in your PRTA community. New hash on a player does not automatically mean that a player is a hacker, and I'm pretty sure you know this too. What comes to griefing and ban evading, that's obviously not fit for an admin of any PR community. But I guess you agree that sharing all personal drama bans between PR servers would not be a good thing because there are different rulesets on different servers.pwner_pt wrote:to fight cheaters/hackers/banevaders/hashchangers instead of defending them over personal reasons.
Can you explain what exactly are you referring to?pwner_pt wrote:PRTA please stop supporting and interacting with hackers. You are destroying the PR community. You promised proof ages ago. Of PRTA DDoSing servers, protecting hackers and crashing other servers (something about !datadump idk). You havent delivered anything and now you come back.pwner_pt wrote:PRTA please stop supporting and interacting with hackers. You are destroying the PR community. How nice to see prta voting for them own cheaters to ban them, so Mr.Suchar nobody cares you are against that or not what about PR rules when you guys are defending your own guys with that the, if prta can't manage the justice for there own then stop fingering to another server, + must share with us that CD Hash key changer which one his and other using.Suchar wrote:Hi,
Let's have a look. The number of reported cheaters/griefers per community (or person) in the last year (on the forum):
PRTA: 71
Danesh: 2
FFG: 2
HOG: 1 (Daniel)
Yeah, why are we supporting hackers? Please don't generalize based on 1 (or, as you claim, 3?) cases.
Now, what other 2 cases are you talking about?
Regarding daniel: that's right, the admin team voted not to ban him (by a majority of the votes), which I am personally strongly against. Just, please, don't blame the whole of PRTA, just those who voted not to ban him. This is really demotivating to hear stuff like that while fighting cheaters.

This is actually hilarious. Nice mental gymnastics.Regarding daniel: that's right, the admin team voted not to ban him (by a majority of the votes), which I am personally strongly against. Any player who ever griefed once will now be permabanned from PRTA.AlonTavor wrote:@PRTA
Even if your claim is that he did not disrupt gameplay more than once, your stance of "Ban evading on other servers is not bad" is disappointing.
Do something about it.
I'm fairly certain PRTA staff has no way of deleting posts on this feedback thread, but instead it's up to Realitymod moderators. And I think player reports done to PRTA forums are (nowadays) rarely deleted or edited unless they contain insults or IP addresses or similar. And when threads are locked, you can still PM moderators and they will add your post to the thread.pwner_pt wrote:If you gonna delete this again, as you did in the past, you'll see that this is a major censorship you guys tryna set up.
Isn't this kinda already a thing though? When provided indisputable proof, I think all servers work fine in this sense. The problems arise with the edgecases where people have different interpretations about what is "clear hacking" and what is not. I know a handful of cases which have been discussed ad nauseum on PRTA at least and I guess it's similar on all servers.InfantryGamer42 wrote:Could DEVs maybe put in server licence agreement for 1.6 that servers are forced to ban hackers that are proven? That way this vote issue will not come back anymore.
You would have known if a previous post of a user wouldn't have deleted by a DEV that attitude is double standard and favors your community because he belongs to it.Inspect wrote:The problems arise with the edgecases where people have different interpretations about what is "clear hacking" and what is not. How do you think a player that gets banned is able to get a new HASH in seconds without using any sort of hacking tools?
As I explained to you before. Posts in this discussion are only moderated by me and Mineral. If this was another server's feedback thread, we'd have done the same.pwner_pt wrote:You would have known if a previous post of a user wouldn't have deleted by a DEV that attitude is double standard and favors your community because he belongs to it.
