Wait, will this hopefully be on .6? Or do you predict taking a lot of bugs out and putting it in .7?

Lol! I used to play that game on my dad's uber-old computer!
Excellent work DEVs!
All the fans should chip in and send the devs on a much needed holiday to Fiji!

Wow....I can't wait to see some tank battles, I think there are alot of people who under estimate how much fun these will be. THere is a LOT of strategy is tank battles for sure. I remember playing Tank 3d on 286pc

, even then it was a lot of strategy involved. This game is just expanding to new levels...I mean it was mainly infantry game...now we have some very Tank sim qualities moving in. Amazing stuff, all for free

cheers dev's, well done.

It was one of those old Tank Wars games. You know, where you each have a tank and you sit ontop of a hill, changing the trajectory/power of your shots, trying to hit the other tank...
It looked just like that second little picture.
especially cause it would draw a line showing your shot trajectory.

Looks awesome. I suppose supplies are going to be even more important with larger maps.
Keep up the good work. Looking forward to v0.6.

Fishw0rk wrote:Yes you DO NOT want to get stranded on foot while playing on one of the huge maps. Honestly I'd probably end up suiciding and respawning at the nearest flag with vehicles. Hopefully the transport choppers will be doing there jobs though.
Very true - and this is what brings realism and teamwork even more important in these new kind of maps - not sure I would suicide though - B20 Chris Ryan enters my head .... lol
BTW - those guys that constantly pick at things when something is brought out like this ..................... well you need to think before you blurt all that **** out (nearly let it all out then) - if you dont like, move on and find another mod (and upgrade your rig, if it lags - instead of trying to mould the mod around your set up???)

LMAO
It's actually a MS Paint Quickie! Took me five minutes to make.
Sorry to disappoint you!
And for Hardware, You can't expect to play new games with old hardware, especially with 5 year old hardware. (5 years = Extremely Outdated).
Technology changes very fast.
(By the end of this year expect a Nvidia 9800 GTX announcement.)

Can you imagine a massive Mao Valley style jungle without the mountains, maybe a couple rivers and roads, and Apaches flying overhead? That would be so freaking cool.
