That's because there's three times as many peers as there is seeds. If anything, add a seed with a fat pipe to the torrent.

Seeding. I would open the flood gates on upload but this is company bandwidth so I have to keep it on the down low.

Uploading at 1.2MB/s, download is around 300kB/s. Never used uTorrent before, but it seems to be working.

Problem comes with human nature.
People end up limiting their upload, and then just turn their upload off altogether because they want to play.
When I was at school, if I left my upload to unlimited (for 0.5) my download speeds hovered around 20 kb/s, if I limited my upload significantly, my download speeds shot up to ~4-500 kb/s.

That's because you set it to unlimited, that clogged your pipe. For optimal performance you need to set your upstream to about 80% of capacity.

Just as an example if I had my upload capped to 25KB my down was around 150KB. When I set the upload any higher down speeds suffered. You only want to uncap upload when you are seeding.

So yeah, my torrent of the Beta was going fine until it reached about 69%, and it just stopped. No more seeders, no more peers. Its been like that for about 2 hours. Ive tested it on a friends computer, and its the same story. What happened to everyone downloading? I had about 42 seeders, and in like one second they were all gone. Whats going on here??

@phoenova, try restarting your torrent app. Almost sounds like it lost its connection to the tracker or something.

Downloading at 173 kbs and uploading at 40kbs. My upload sucks, but I was happy to see this because I just got home after the longest day of work ever....

I restarted Azureus a few times Fritz, and I even restarted my computer. For some reason, it c ant connect to the tracker, and it times out every time that it tries to reconnect to it. Ive tried changing my upload settings, and even after Azureus suggested that I disable UPnP, it didnt work...
