How many Vista users here?

I´m using Vista 64 Ultimate... and except for the VOIP "BUG" everything runs smooth as silk.

amd 4200+
6gb Ram
8800 gt 512mb
asus m2n-e board

I had XP for a long time, of course I was used to it but once I switched to Vista 64 on my new gaming pc, I am very satisfied, it runs very smooth, very fast, new functions. The only 2 problems I have with vista are the followings:

1-The security check each time you do something, quite annoying but you can turn it off if you want to.
2-All bugs with BF2 and PR. But its important to mention its really the ONLY game I have that have problems with vista... ALL the other one I have installed have NO problems with Vista. Medieval 2: Total War, Company of Heroes, Call of Duty 4, Crysis, World of Warcraft, etc. etc.

Hopefully bf2 patch 1.5 or PR patch 0.85 will fix some bugs and problems for vista users or high performance computer users since I think having more than 2go ram while playing bf2 may causes problems.

Beside these 2 problems, I love vista and its very good.

I've got Linux as primary OS and Vista as a dual boot for gaming, love DX10

i always used XP but bout last week my pc messed up but i used my mate's vista disc, installed it on my pc and now it runs perfectly again. tbh i was sceptical about vista but doesn't seem to be that bad.

Vista, as long as I've had my own PC, I've had Vista...
Works fine, just turn of UAC and make everything "Run as administrator" automatically

I like Vista. They only problem I have with it is the memory usage. Very versatile. =)

Memory can be an issue, but it was the same from 95 to 98 and 98 to xp etc....

i use vista and yes it did have a couple of problems at the start with compatibilty ect. but those were easily fixed and its fine now

I have been running Vista Home Basic 32-bit for a little over a year now and I simply love it. Just my computer innards aren't that good so I have to run simple. Though not much problems. Project Reality started up just fine with Compatibility mode but won't play due to video card, RAM, blah blah .
But BF2 took some time to work out on v1.41, on the other hand v1.00 ran without Compatibility Mode or Admin Privileges. Kinda odd ain't it?

i used to use vista to play pr on my downstairs pc now i play with xp in my room despite dramitcly reduced graphics

I've been using Vista Ultimate 64-bit since September 2007.
Compared to XP PRO 32 I have had much less problems. Both with the OS and ingame crashes.

I am happy with it.

XP. Maybe because i'm a bit conservative. Vista looks alot better though.

I use Vista 64 bit and it works fine for BF2 and all other games and processes. I don't really see the fuss about it

i am useing Vista right now and selected Vista but I do have it installed with XP on a dule boot but I havnt used XP on it for about a year.
