Why should you be considered for a Tester position?
Sometimes I am spontaneous, which is a good quality if it is used properly to help discover random bugs. Also I'm a military enthusiast,so I am very familiar with all kinds of weaponry and can identify if weapons are bugged or in working order.

How long have you played Project Reality?: I started playing just after .5 went public.
Previous Testing Experience: BF2 Pirates

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?
I am a Squad Leader almost 99% of the time I play - Infantry, almost always. I know how the maps work for infantry and what would prevent a flag from playing out how the devs envision. I know how infantry maneuvers across the battlefield - predictions, routes, and tactics that are commonly used.
I am constantly available until I ship out for Air Force Basic Training in June/July.
I have no problem filling the ridiculous requests of "stand here, look here, and bark at the moon 4 times" in the name of PR testing.

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?
I know what/how to test PR.
in the past, i have regularly got together with other testers to test, in our own time.
I adore PR, but i know its not perfect. There is work to be done and im willing to do it.
I have player PR at its most organised and most disjoind. I am competant and understand current and past aspects of PR.

I was born to do it? Can't argue more than that, eh?

Not quite sure what level of maturity you need but i think im pretty much mature. I got a lot of spare time, I know how some weapons look (wielded a couple FYI) and I got a good rig for low end machine testing. And i got experience in finding bugs'n'glitches.

How long have you played Project Reality?:
Too long, far too long. Since the "mini-mod" days. On and off until 0.5 and I was here to stay.

Previous Testing Experience:
Absolutely none, I know the ins and outs of game design and what's involved though. I'm sure I could assist in one way or another.

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?
You need more Australians, you may not know it, but we have this awesome ability to seek out game bugs... Also stingrays...

In all seriousness, I've played PR for a very very long time, I was into game development for a little while, but pursued a graphic design career instead. However I wouldn't mind becoming a tester for my all-time favourite modification and being able to aid its development.

How long have you played Project Reality?: Since late 0.2 early 0.3.
Previous Testing Experience:
-Star Wars: Time of Darkness, a SMAUG-based MUD. Admin and Tester from 2003-2007. Used Testtrack Pro for bug reports and bugfix tracking.
-Microsoft Tester Program: Windows Longhorn/Vista 2003-2004, Visual Studio 2005.
-Network administrator for Norwich Citizen's Advice Bureau, 2003-2005. No software testing involved but gained plenty of experience with identifying, isolating and testing bugs on a variety of system setups and OS's.
-PR: 0.6 Testing, 0.75 testing.

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?
I have around four years experience as a lead tester on a MUD, including player-relations and admin roles. I'm a well-known face around the community and I'm an existing part of the PR team so I'm known to other testers and to the Dev/Con/Pub/Mods. I would bring logical thinking and a willingness to mock myself for the amusement of others to the 0.8 testing team.

How long have you played Project Reality?: Since .3
Previous Testing Experience:
I've worked on a Source Halflife2 Mod development team for a number of years and was involved with most of the beta testing. Also PR.6 beta tester and Empires HL2 mod tester

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?
I have previous experience in mod testing procedures and mod development. At the moment I have some free time and I'm an active PR public server player which would translate into being an active beta tester when needed. I've played PR since .3 so have knowledge of most of its known bugs and history.

I am easy to work with, disiplined and have a keen eye for noticing (and finding a solution) bugs. A realistic gameplay fan for life, I was a part of the RO :O stfront tester team for 2 years where I took part in registering bugs and assisting in possible solutions. I see myself as a great member of any team, and is eager to help making PR the greatest gaming experience ever made.

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?: PR is in the top 3 best FPS of all time (for me). I am an active member of Tactical gamer PR forums. I would like to participate in more testing to learn even more about the fascinating world of virtual media. I already have an A+ certification and I am working on a CCENT.

This speed looks a little lower then normal to me, but I've never had a problem on full 64 man servers in PR or BF2.
How long have you played Project Reality?: Since just as .7 came out
Previous Testing Experience: None

Why should you be considered for a Tester position?

While I may be fairly new to PR, I have played it quite a lot since I started. I've been in charge of introducing my clanmates to the game and have been quite successful in getting them to recognize the uniqueness and exceptionally non-vanilla team and squad play style that PR demands. I am quite experianced in regular BF2, and would easily be able to recognize a problem that is linked to the original game. I am not one of those people that shoot a gun because it's cool or sounds fun in-game, and would follow all in-game testing requirements including to hold fire and not engage at a moment's notice. I fully recognize this is a testing job, and while test playing in squads and actually "playing" during a test will likley be required, I can switch gears and freeze/hold fire without problem.

I also make a very good bullet sponge for weapon tests (lol)

It would be an honor to be a part of the testing group and to be a part of making this already exceptional mod even better!

Thank you for all the applications.

We will now be processing the applications over the next few days and you will only be informed if you have been selected to become a tester, if you are still not a tester by next week you can safely assume you did not make it, and please dont PM us about it we have enough work as it is.

Thanks again and good luck to all! :D
