UNDERWEAR AND MANUAL!

It would be a nice touch if, at least, the T-Shirts, Manuals, and Dog Tags came with one of the following:

1. Forum account name (which, normally, is the in-game name), or..
2. A way for us to place a name of our choosing on it without it looking lame, if you get me.

Regarding the manual, maybe the user prints the cover page with his/her name on it. The point is have a bit of customization. Nothing fancy really, just adding the name, possibly a clan/squad, etc..

You never know if you will identify a teammate irl that way

Haha that's actually not a bad idea. I would rather have a signed calendars/poster from all the DEVS/Mappers on the maps they worked on etc.
