You should have atleast 1.25km range on the tank shells. 750m is just not enough.

LOL WUT
Anyways, I've altered the missile targeting systems now. No more wild laser missiles anymore. And best of all, you can ID and blow away a tick in a flea circus now.

From yesterday.
Radar-locking missiles, AA-locking guns to aircraft, and a bunch of other stuff

Nice vid but where is all the ground pound improvements? What about transport choppers and all support craft. Like I said many times this game only focuses on attack air and ground defenses.... which is great but I'm a ground pounder and support person.

Not much to show for trans helis but the fact they have no HUD and the handling is changed.
Infantry wise you just have to try it yourself, its awesome.

Infantry has definately improved with the greatly improved deviation., but the 2 zooms for the optic scopes really pisses me off. It gets annoying having to switch the views and even worse when running widescreen fixer. I haven't gotten into any infantry fights yet though. I'll be sure to record when I do, but we would need a lot of people.

If you're under 50m just keep reflex mode up. You're still playing like BF2/PR where you just run with your rifle at your side and then snap it up when you see an enemy. The whole point of removing sprint is to let ppl have their gun up.
Reflex mode + Crouch + Move = Fast walk. Use it in CQB.
That said I think we do need to speed up the animations.

- Removed sprint
- Sped up walk to jog
- Added zoom to LMGs
- Reduced max deviation on rifles (mindev is same as pr) this in effect speeds up the settle time to 2-3 seconds. Also you won't trace a ring of bullets around a dude when in CQB.
- Zangoo's finished the ballistics, and they are implemented. Realistic gravity, damage drop off, and drag included.
- Ballistics required all rounds to be a tracer. We set the size to 1/3 of their current.
- Gave all scopes a 1x zoom mode. This is supposed to simulate raising a weapon but not using the sight. Basically just "reflex shooting". But if you try and play the way you do in BF2 (run around without your gun shouldered) its pretty much useless.
