the commander UAV is very interesting and will make people play commander more often.

- Removed higher hitpoints for attack huey to be in par with the other heavy attack choppers.
WEAPONS
- Fixed M249 ELCAN deployed/undeployed mag-linking.
- Fixed floating 40mm grenade when sprinting with the M203 equipped.
- Fixed overheating patterns on the QJC88 HMG to be in line with the other .50 cals.
- Removed tracers from all of the Insurgent/Taliban weapons.
- Reverted LAT and HAT projectile explosion radii back to v0.85 values.

I love the new UAV changes and stuff, but I'm still frustrated by how further unrealistic this game is getting.
The AK-47 from what I know DOES fire tracers. Removing the tracers is going to be frustrating and will make the firefights look less spectacular.
Plus I'm still waiting for a fix of how the red dot appears in the middle of the screen even before your character completely scopes down the red dot sight.
Thanks for the update, but please consider tweaking the game a bit more towards realism to immerse us.

So... you want it to be more spectacular? What does that have to do with realism? Of course an AK-47 CAN fire tracers. But since the insurgents are best off doing ambushes, tracers don't help them as much as they'd help the coalition; hence no tracers for insurgents. I find that just useful.
That red dot thing is a minor bug - you either have red dots that some people can't see, or one that appear less than a second before the gun is raised.

I very much gaurentee you that the insurgents would not have tracer rounds in there armourys, they may have the odd one now and again but the majority of rounds will be non tracer rounds, the removal of tracers rounds is a step in the right direction in anyones books

Could it be possible to have 2 different rockets for RPG. Like tanks got anti-armor and anti-personel ones. lets say to have 2 AP and one anti personnel rounds.

you do realise that the tracers are a kind of bullet right? and that those bullets can be removed from the mag?

If the UAV had some sort of "mark" on the map that only your team would see, or just the commander, then it would be easier to keep track of it. Also, if you could put down markers without going into the capslock menu, like just right clicking from the UAV screen to put a marker would be great.
Love the new prone-diving deviation settings. Time for noobs to learn real tactics
Anyway, it might just be me, but I was playing on al basrah and I had an AK74 and it had like 2-3 tracers in it. Is this planned for them to have just a lot less tracers?

Have a look at the tracer colours between the two side... I think it's cool.
