Amount of TOWs should be limited to only 2 per team. This gives the TOWs more strategic value. Warm-up time doesn't need to be increased, but ammo should be reduced (maybe 2 shots less) and reload time should be increased. Also, BLUFOR shouldn't be able to build TOWs in insurgency. It results only in camping.
