It's the jump script thingie, where an admin can send a player to a designated height in the air and then the guy falls down to his death, they have used this before in 0.75 on T&T server to punish smacktards

I remember it being used in sandbox mod, /ju 100 and you'll be teleported 100 M up in the sky, was kinda fun
