As we all know, we had fearsome struggle with the PR DEVS. However, they met our demands and released PR Vietnam. Therefore, I, as leader of the PLFI, disband all PLFI cells and order all of our fighters to release any bears held captive and end all hostileties against PRDEVS. This is indeed a glorious victory, and I hope that from now on, we can live in peace with the creators of project reality.
