Again today, around 2000prt, there were no admins on the server. There was not any big problems encountered, only a few AFKs and some who wanted a switch, next map was something different aswell. But seriously, you shouldn't have your server up if there's no admin on it.

As told previously I could go into TS and talk with someone, but that is way too much work for the normal PR player, it also takes time. Luckily, there was no incident and the rush wasn't that bad but still. The admins in TS acknowledged me. I didn't stay on for too to see if any admins jumped on, as I didn't feel like playing PR, unrelated to this.

I am sorry that our real life schedule has had an effect on your PR experience, it was Easter Sunday today and myself and many of our admins were busy seeing family and friends, we do try to be as active as possible and if we cannot get online and play we try to monitor with remote admin. However, we are not paid to babysit the server, in fact it is the other way around, so please appreciate the fact there will not always be an admin online. Joining TS takes 3 clicks maximum, alt-tab > open chrome > *NwA* Clan > double click on our TS widget and it will join you. Failing that we have a shoutbox on the front page, please feel free to comment on that and an admin will be along as soon as possible. Furthermore we have recently given most of our clan members lite admin powers so that if an admin is not on they can do basics such as switch, setnext, kick, etc.

Sorry that we have a real life from PR. wont happend again (lol yeah right).

like Delta said, it was easter people spend time with something most of us have. a family (a life outside gaming).

joining our teamspeak is not hard and it doesnt take time. just join it and poke a red/green or blue admin and from there something will be worked out. most likely threw remote admin.

Of course you can have a life outside gaming, nothing wrong with that. What I'm saying is that you shouldn't have your server up if you can't have an admin on it.

We have admins on it most of the time.

admins are reachable almost all the time in our TS. join it and poke an admin if there is a problem on our server.

we can have our server up and running even if there is no admin on it. why? well because there is always an admin online on our teamspeak that anyone can connect to and contact an admin.

so you suggest when the last admin leaves a full server, he pulls the plug i.e turns the server off?

we are working on it, it probably only needs a restart but I have to get in contact with one admin that can do it.

Unfortunately the Mixed server was down this afternoon so I had to seed the Insurgency server. Within the hour we got it at 30 people or so, that's what I call it a succes. Had some good rounds this night, was good to see that the people from the US took it over later on when playing Korengal.

yesterday we had a problem with our mixed server but it was fixed rather fast by m1dget

we think its a nice way to thank players who help us seed our server
the hard part is to choose one.

It looked like the server got a small ddos attack this afternoon, a shame since the server was almost full after seeding for over 2 hours.

good enough it wasnt a big ddos. not big enough to bring down our servers

Or are you encouraging players to kill Viglan while breaking rules thus making admins enforce rules for a banable offence.

I'm confused and I assume so is Viglan.

What happened was:

On Burning Sands, as MEC, took the 30mm MT-LB and went to the South industrial compound West of the city, at E7kp9. A Chinook was just about to fly over us (coming from the West) and we lit it up, it crash landed inside the compound, we moved in an wiped out the inf squad that got out. We were falling back into the city after they sent tanks after us and then we got temp banned - with no warning - with the reason "rush". We were then told by our remaining fellow clan mates on the server that squad in the Chinook we just killed had an admin in it.

The first cappable GB flag was the Abandoned VCP, 600+ metres away from where we destroyed the Chinook and it's crew, which was headed for the city (where our next flag was after the Village).

Clearly the admin did not act properly in this situation.

well I dont know why you are accusing Viglen because hes not an admin.

he do have light adminrights but then the maximum thing he can do is to kick you. when no other full admin is on.

if you started shooting that chinook when it was over abandonded vcp you breaked our rush rule. but if it wasnt over vcp and somewhere else on the map it would have been legit.

would be easier to take this to our forum instead maybe the admin who actually TB you can explain why.

Had an awesome round on Ia Drang this night, especially because of the napalm that Delta dropped and saved my squad. I would really appreciate it if we could play 'Nam maps a little bit more.
