[0609] Playing with steam - PR.exe error with slow internet

Description
When launching BF2 over Steam takes long, I get an error from PR.exe and when BF2 finally lauches, it tells me that I should launch using PR.exe, not BF2.exe.
Steps to reproduce
Lauch a steam version of BF2/PR over a slow Internet connection.
Workaround
Take steam into "offline mode". This will reduce the time until steam allows BF2.exe to start so that PR.exe won't complain.
Miscellaneous
The duration that PR.exe waits for BF2.exe to lauch seems to be controlled by a timer that is currently a bit too short...
I used the update installer.
