Please post your graphics settings and system specs.

Could you please provide a screenshot?

You might want to try to force VSync for BF2.

Did you change any NVidia 3D settings? I.E. what is your number for "maximum pre-rendered frames"? (make sure you check it for "bf2.exe")

Since it is obviously not your FPS or nor your system performance causing this issue I am guessing there might be an issue with the settings.

First thing however: Clear the BF2 shader cache.

Then check that your ingame settings for resolution is your native screen resolution and frequency (HZ). (what model is your syncmaster exactly?)
Maybe the monitor has a "gaming" mode that you should activate.

I can also imagine that overuse of Anti-Aliasing can cause this. Use only ingame AA (turn it off or set to supersampling in NVidia control panel).

Thanks it's a little bit better, still needs tweaking
Changing the Nvidia settings helped,Resolution is native 1920x1080.

Model of Monitor is Syncmaster P2450, gamming mod is aktiv (2 milli sec.)
Anti - Aliasing Modus is now application-controlled and i am disabeld Supersampling
The number of maximum pre-rendered frames is 3

Anisotropic filtering is 8x

Steady 60 fps before tweak 70 - 100 fps

Thanks again .

The steady 60 comes from enabling/forcing VSync - this is not a bad thing.
My Anisotropic filtering is at application controlled. I guess you will have to play around with the settings a bit more.
I am sorry, I can't think of anything else that might be causing it.

i dont think AA can cause this. i have mine on forced 32x and it works nicley

to OP:
have you cleared your cashe?

Clearing the Cache was the first ,
try for months to fix PR .
Installed new op. sys. (XP;Win 7)
Buyed a complete new PC Sys. for Pr .
Frustrating i get always the same problem .

Take the video with xfire and upload that, its quite easy. Else you could try to upload it to YouTube or Vimeo.
I am no wiz with video editing but you should probably convert it to something smaller then avi (mpeg, divx) and maybe even shorten the video to the relevant parts before uploading. I am sure youtube has instructions on how to upload efficiently.

I see what you are talking about. I have that too, and I doubt there is a fix for it. This just simply is how smooth something can be in combination with fast turning/camera movement.

The faster the turning the more frames the renderer has to skip to stick to the monitor's frequency. You probably are using vsync "on". But even if not you might not see an increase in smoothness since your LCD most likely is limited to 60Hz too.

As far as I am concerned it's just simple math. You want to turn 180 deg in 1 second, have a monitor frequency of 60Hz which is equivalent to 60 FPS.

180 deg/s / 60 frames/s = 3 deg/frame

Thus a frame will only be rendered/displayed on the monitor every 3rd degree. With each frame 3 degrees are skipped.
So instead of a smooth 1:1 (frame : degree) transition you will have a 1:3 transition. This is what I believe you are seeing.

The faster you turn the greater the difference will be, the less smoother (the more blurred) it seems.

From my point of view your only option is to get a monitor which supports a higher (effective) frequency to allow for more FPS to be seen.

Edit: Note that the above is something I came up with myself - while I don't think I am the first one I have no hard evidence for or against my thesis.

Thanks SnipingCoward finally i know what the Problem is :) .
Need a new Monitor 60 Hz is to low for PR ,can you give me a tip how much Hz would be optimum for a smooth gameplay

5 or 2ms is the best.
dont know how to konvert to Hzs though

I have yet to find one myself.

Also note that the above (and following) is something I came up with myself - while I don't think I am the first one I have no hard evidence for or against my thesis.

Additionally even if you get a 600Hz TV you might still have this issue if your gfx card/pc can't fully keep up with the monitor's refresh rate. That means if you are already running at something like 45 FPS getting a new montior probably won't change anything.
You should rather focus on getting those FPS up to your monitors rate. (Fraps can show you what your FPS are.)

@Doc.Pock:
2ms is refering to the LCD reaction times. Assuming that it takes 2 ms for the LCD pixel to achieve its final state that would allow for (1s=1000ms)
1s / 2ms/state = 500 states

This would suggest that a "2ms display" is infact capable of 500 states/second which is equivalent to 500Hz or 500FPS.
However 2ms is not the guaranteed hightest but rather the guaranteed lowest value (it wont be faster than this, is what it's saying!). This means it is still possible that on occasions the LCD pixel on a "2ms display" will take something like 20ms thus causing the effective rate to drop to 1s / 20ms/state = 50 states -> 50 Hz -> 50FPS

I just don't believe the technology is there yet...

btw. after googling I found that there was a 1ms display advertised ... but still running at 60Hz.

Also beware when looking for monitors. They will read something like 59-75Hz. The 75Hz often only apply when running a resolution below native (non-native resolutions cause the image to be really blurry all the time), better double check the manual that its the Hz for "native resolution".
