I need a new mouse AND a new headset. But I have to choose one or the other...

What I'm deciding between is the Logitech G35 Headset ( Newegg.com - Logitech G35 USB 2.0 Connector Surround Sound Headset )

Or the Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse ( Newegg.com - Logitech G500 10 Buttons Dual-mode Scroll Wheel USB Wired Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse )

Which should I get...?

My current mouse and headset are:

Plantronics Gamecom 367 (Headset) and some Compaq piece of sh*t that came with the computer.

I bought a logitech mx518 5 years ago, it has served me well since. I would get a new mouse, your gaming experience will increase drastically. Then save up to get a new headset if you dislike the soundquality and comfort of the one you have.

Get the Headset mate, having 7.1 surround on a headset is super! You wont have anyone creeping up on you anymore.

Once I get sorted im buying these...
