This is something new I never seen before. What does it mean? And since I'm at it, I might as well ask what the other icons stand, such as the head phones, penguin, and number 64 icon.

It shows that the server is running the current server side hotfix B. Check highlights forum.

Server OS (Windows, the rectangle box / Linux, the penguin / Linux 64, the 64) | VOIP | Passworded Server | Server Hotfix Letter | Server Name | Ping | Players | Map Name | Game Mode

Always join servers with the with the latest hotfix, at the moment the latest hotfix is B, which fixes these issues.
